Rini came highly recommended by several friends, and after working with her to buy our home years ago, we quickly understood why. Her sincerity and commitment made that first process seamless. When it came time to sell and relocate abroad, there was no one else we trusted more. Despite a market slowed by economic uncertainty, Rini's persistence never wavered. Her staging and photography teams showcased our home beautifully, and her strategic approach to pricing ultimately sparked a bidding war that resulted in a sale price that we wanted. Even after we left the country, she handled every minor detail with grace. We cannot recommend her highly enough read more

We reached out to Rini after reading her review by a coworker. We had been looking for some time and felt our current realtor was not living up to our expectations. When we interviewed Rini she was very transparent and welcoming, and brought in new enthusiasm to our search. Rini showed us several homes and was very clear about the pro and cons of older homes. She worked on comparable for several houses to help us build market expectations. When our offer was accepted she continued to help us through the process by using her network of trusted vendors to build confidence about the house, and figure out remodeling work. We would love to work with Rini again in the future and happy to refer her to our friends and coworkers. read more

Rini was incredible. I've owned my home for 26 years, so this was the first time I've sold a house. Rini helped me through everything at each step in a months-long journey. she was thorough and efficient helping me prepare the house for sale and come up with a strategy. Towards the end she was tireless in taking care of all the many details. Ultimately I was very happy with the process and sales price. read more

Rini came recommended to us by our family friends. We had worked with other realtors before and for the first time we felt truly heard. Our initial meeting went very well and Rini connected us with her lender contacts to get us started. We were four family members buying together, looking in a very specific area, with extremely limited inventory, within a certain budget. With the multiple offers happening it seemed that our search would be a very challenging one. But Rini went above and beyond to reach out to her network of realtors and found us an off market listing that was perfect for us. She truly advocated for us and was there all through. Rini helped fulfill our long term dream to make our home in a neighborhood we love. It would have never been possible without her. We are super happy and we wholeheartedly recommend Rini to anyone looking for realtor. read more

Rini has helped in the buying process for 2 houses over the years. She is a good listener and helps us distill our random thoughts of the house to a proper list of requirements. Her advice on anything real estate related is invaluable and to the point. She has helped us navigate the rough real estate market of 2022 ( which is a big feat in itself) . read more

We were referred to Rini by one of our friends and spoke with her a few years ago. At that time we were not ready to make the purchase decision and ended up waiting for a few years. Rini stayed in touch over the years and when we were ready she brought us up to speed with the current market situation right away. She spent the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us zero in on a house that had everything we needed in our first home. She helped us stay grounded on our requirements and was super flexible on working with us as our preferences modified with increased understanding of the market. When offering on the house, we were ready to go higher but Rini loves the negotiation process and we were pleasantly surprised to see her work all through the process. Rini is thoughtful, understanding and generous with her time and we particularly liked the fact that she was direct in her feedback that helped guide her overall home buying process. There's a lot of pieces to the process but Rini makes it look effortless and we look forward to working with her again one day and referring her to anyone who needs an A+ realtor in the Bay Area. Rini certainly goes above and beyond in developing and maintaining the relationships! read more

Reaching out to Rini was the best first step we took towards buying our home. She was highly professional, always available, super helpful, highly resourceful and, above all, a super nice person to work with. She understood what we were looking for based on our description and the type of houses that piqued our interest. She ensured that we get appointments for all the houses we were interested in (readily helped to secure last minute appointments as well). She was very professional with social distancing guidelines during our property visits (even when sometimes others are not). She struck the right balance of giving us her professional opinion about a certain property without forcing us in making a decision one way or the other. She gave as much information as she could about a house and marked any red flags. Making a winning offer for any house is highly tricky in the bay area. Rini was super helpful for us during this process. Through her help, we were able to secure the highest bid, but not overbid by a lot. As home buyers we are always driven by emotion. We experienced our share of disappointment of not getting the houses we liked early in our home search. Rini was always super optimistic and always said that things have a way of working out. We are super glad that it actually did. Thanks Rini for helping us secure our home! read more

Rini was recommended by a family friend to help us buy and sell some property. She is knowledgeable, professional, kind, and was always ready to answer any of our questions. Buying and selling property is so different than it was 20 years ago, and it was wonderful to have Rini help us through this very different process. A friend recommended Rini to me and we connected instantly when I called her. She helped me get ready right away and gave careful attention to my requirements. It was early in the year and the weather was terrible those days, but Rini never hesitated to make time to come show me houses as needed. At no point did I feel rushed into making a decision and she always pointed out if she felt there was a negative feature to be aware of. It was clear that she was trying her best to look out for me. Even during the escrow process she was prompt in resolving issues if anything came up at all. In a competitive market we all need a friend like Rini to help us feel comfortable enough to take the buying decision and ensure a smooth process all through. I would work with her again in a heart beat and am happy to recommend her to anyone looking for a great realtor. read more

We have worked three times with her. It was always fun to work with her and her deep knowledge for realtor helps A LOT of our house purchase/sale process. She always responds in very timely manner and I could't believe she is doing for many of her clients. We bought my first house on 2016, and she could find really nice house which satisfied our a lot of requirements need even if our limited budget. In 2021, we decided to sale the house and move. This was challenging for me because I need sale house and buy this time. The housing market was crazier as always, and It seems almost impossible to avoid renting in middle. Even renting market is crazy and one of my friends was declined to application as the rent house get more than 50 application. We had a grand piano so apartment wasn't option even if temporary housing, so it might need two month rent break, and this might be cause additional burden for kids for possible school transfer. However, She could win the acceptance of offer just in a week for new house and house is a perfect for us. We could move in to the new house before rent back of my old house runs out. We were lucky but we can't get this luck without her many guidance and strategies. Thank you again Rini for your hard work for us and let us has new dream house. We are counting on you on our next one :) read more

We have worked with Rini several times, including a recent back-to-back purchase and sale. Rini was always available, sharing information readily, but always giving us the time to take our own decisions. We never felt rushed. When we decided on the house we wanted she helped us negotiate an offer well below market comparables with contingencies in place. She had good suggestions for inspectors and stagers etc as well and this helped us feel well supported through the process. On the sale side she not only got us a price that was a new record for our neighborhood, she also negotiated rent back for us and this helped us plan our move better. We are happy to recommend Rini for all your real estate needs! read more

We found out about Rini on an online forum and reached out to her in early March. We had been looking on and off for a while and wanted someone truly professional to help us in the last stretch of our home search. Rini showed us homes during commuter hours so that we could get a better understanding of noise level as that was important to us. She also strategized with us on how we could widen our areas of interest keeping our "must have" list in mind. She was always upfront about any concerns she had about a house or a neighborhood. Finally when we got the house we wanted she reminded us of action items on our end through the transaction, and referred vendors that she was familiar with, to keep the process easy for us. As first time home buyers we truly appreciated her guidance and support and would be happy to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Bay Area read more

We just bought our home and we truly believe working with Rini made this possible. Our friends had recently worked with Rini and highly recommended her. We had worked with other realtors before but no one had left a lasting impression on us so we decided to give her a call. Rini worked right away to get us started. Even the vendors she recommended were great and got us preapproved within hours. It was a hard market but Rini constantly reminded us to stay calm and helped us strategize. We discussed all possible ways to make a strong offer and zeroed in on a neighborhood we liked. For that neighborhood Rini found out the prices of the pending properties and this helped us budget for appraisal issues if any. We can truly say that Rini's willingness to go above and beyond for us helped seal the deal for us when we found the right house. After acceptance, and throughout the process, Rini was there to advocate for us and walk us through the expectations at various stages. We truly enjoyed working with Rini and highly recommend her to our friends and family. read more

We were referred to Rini by our friends and worked with her on our move from out of state. Our search had its challenges as we could only visit the Bay Area for some weekends. Rini helped us see all the houses available during our brief visits. Though the market was a hard one with multiple offers happening, Rini never rushed us. We decided to change our search criteria a couple of times in between but Rini never missed a beat. Finally when we decided on a property we liked Rini tried to keep us calm through a very stressful multiple offer situation. The Bay Area has a real estate market like no other, it can feel like a roller coaster, we are glad that we worked with Rini and happy to recommend her to our friends and family. read more

We were very new to the home buying process and got introduced to Rini by a family relative earlier last year. Rini was extremely insightful and helped us understand the entire process from scratch. She also gave us helpful tips to understand which location might suit us more and gave suggestions with respect to what kind of a house will be a good starter home for us, from sending us listing options suiting our needs and adding notes to them with respect to location, school district etc which helped us in narrowing down our options. As a first time home buyer, the entire process of looking for the 'perfect' home was made less daunting, thanks to her, who helped us prioritize our requirements and always emphasized on being patient with the process, which paid off big time since we finally found a house we love when we least expected it! She was extremely patient with us, listened to our needs and accompanied us to all the open houses we wanted to go to, even if they were really far and at peak hours :) We lost out on a couple of houses because of cash offers, but that helped us with managing expectations and writing better offers for the next one. Rini did a great job at creating a deal that had multiple moving pieces, including simultaneous purchases on the seller's end. We look forward to working with Rini for our next home in a few years and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent that goes above and beyond to help her clients. read more

I had a very aggressive schedule and Rini identified a match for what I was looking for, negotiated through tough conditions with a not particularly cooperative selling agent and closed the deal end to end in 45 days. She has been very supportive post sale as well helping coordinate through contractors to do fixes the sellers refused to do. I would strongly recommend Rini and would welcome the opportunity to work with her again. read more

Rini is a consummate real-estate professional and we wholeheartedly recommend her because of her unwavering commitment to her clients. We were looking to buy our first home and Rini was highly recommended to us by four different friends who had each hired her for their first home purchase as well. When I spoke to Rini, I knew in that first phone call that she was the right agent for us because of her professionalism and instinct for addressing several unvoiced concerns I had about the process and the market. Our overall home search took a year. Throughout the entire process Rini was patient, resourceful in finding candidate homes, shared insights and pointed out considerations during open houses we didn't realize ourselves, and expertly guided us through the final stage of negotiations and closing. Some people are born for their profession and I came to see that Rini is born to do real-estate. We are now the happy owners of a home that is as close to our ideal home as possible (in a world where you can never get everything you want). All the thanks for this goes to Rini, since the home never showed up in my own search filters, and she is the one who brought it to our attention. Where Rini really shined was *after* our COE. In our case we had some drama after COE. I don't want to get into the details here but I will say that Rini stood by us throughout and guided us to a favorable resolution. I believe that after COE a conventional real-estate agent would consider their job officially done. For Rini to stand by us and be available several times each day until the final resolution is a testament to her commitment to her clients. It is for this that Rini has our unwavering gratitude and wholehearted recommendation. The four strong recommendations from our friends to us has now become five strong recommendations to you. read more

We first hired Rini (Sudeshna) when we bought our first home in the Bay Area. The market was competitive and we found ourselves among dozens of bids on each house we tried for, bidding on houses week after week for a couple of months. It was quite frustrating. When we finally got accepted for a house, it was because Rini went above and beyond, personally convincing the sellers to accept our offer over two higher bids. We can honestly say we would not have succeeded in buying our first home without Rini's personal touch. Fast forward 5 years, time to sell our home and move to another state. We had to have Rini for our home sale, and we are so glad we did. We had the misfortune of attempting to sell our house just as the COVID-19 epidemic escalated. Buyers were pulling out of the market and we felt like we might never sell our house. Rini navigated us through it all, seeming to pull buyers from thin air (as our first buyer backed out of the deal). Her calm attitude, skill and expertise pulled us through unprecedented circumstances culminating in a successful sale. Rini is not just a skilled realtor but a wonderful person and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Bay Area. read more

Our friend highly recommended Rini. Right from day 1, Rini worked tirelessly with us. She immediately got in touch with us and referred us to some of the best lenders (mortgage specialists) who helped us make an informed choice about our finance options. She guided us about what to ask and look for in an open house. In our first meeting, she explained us the timeline of any home-buying process and answered all our questions. Rini visited all the open-houses with us after that. Explaining pros and cons of each every house, weighing in when she though it was necessary, yet giving us space to discuss and take our own decisions. She was always there to answer our queries via text, call or email at any point. Her experience about real estate and her knowledge about city and state rules helped us eliminate potentially risky buys. She followed up with the seller's agents and made sure that we are well informed before we made any decision. She even communicated with our bank to make sure we finish the process in time to achieve all the deadlines. When we found our dream house, of course with her help, she helped us estimate the market condition and to decide the upper limit in offer price. We cannot forget the day we made an offer on the house. Rini had to miss a flight and she volunteered to stay back at the airport, just to meet offer deadline for us, even when she had a chance to take alternate flight. We made it! our offer got accepted. She followed up with all parties to make sure we finish all the formalities on time. Bay area real-estate market is a war zone and we cannot imagine going on field without Rini on our side. read more

We were referred to Rini by a close friend. She helped us buy our first home. From the day we met, to the day we moved in, Rini was always there for us at every step - to answer our questions (no matter how naive they may be), to help us work our way out of problems that arise during home buying - at times intervene when needed. On few occasions, we would forget about an action item, but she never did! It is amazing to see the amount of energy and positivity that she brings to the table! Rini is very methodical and organized in her work. When we first met, she took time to walk us through the entire home buying process and answered all our questions. She was very flexible to work around our schedule for open houses, inspections, signing etc. She would tell us upfront if she found any flaw in a home. Not once did she push us to make an offer or make a bid that we would be uncomfortable with. Due to this, we felt confident that she had our best interest in mind. When we were making an offer on our home, she had to catch a flight for a conference on the very same day. She made every effort possible to be reachable in order to negotiate and interact with the seller on our behalf. She missed her flight twice that day! But in the end, she made sure that our offer got in on time, and the counter offer worked in our favor. With Rini on your side, rest assured that you are in very capable hands. Go team Rini! read more

We heard of Rini from friends and are so glad that we immediately connected with her. Rini did an amazing job explaining the process and helped us understand the nuances of the home buying process. It was not an easy search for us -- the market was extremely hot and we had to look at a couple of different areas before narrowing down a few to focus on. Rini never rushed us and was always very encouraging and supportive. She helped us build our own mental model of the market, patiently worked with us and coached us through various scenarios using mock offers. When we ultimately zeroed in on the neighborhood and the house we wanted, Rini worked very hard to not only get our offer accepted, but to keep the process smooth despite minor hiccoughs along the way. Given the complexity of the home buying process there are always a few things that won't go according to plan and those are the moments we were particularly thankful to have Rini by our side. She always stayed calm and we appreciate her ability to problem solve. Even after closing Rini worked diligently to make sure everything worked smoothly for us. We are very happy to recommend Rini to anyone looking for a realtor they can trust in this ever-changing Bay Area market. read more

"We met Rini several years ago at an open house in our neighborhood, and stayed in touch over the years. Initially we were undecided about the Peninsula versus the East Bay and Rini had the unique perspective of serving both the areas. Once we decided to start our search, we had very limited time in hand because of family circumstances. Rini and her assistant showed us homes during the week and over the weekend to give us a very good idea about our options. Rini never hesitated to point out concerns, if any, about a house or a neighborhood. Finally when we saw the house we liked she strategized with us for several days to explain the intricacies of the process and come up with a winning offer. After going into contract, Rini continued to make sure that things were running as smoothly as possible. In the Bay Area real estate market it is a relief to be able to work with Rini and knowing that she has your back. Most importantly, Rini makes every effort to understand her client's needs and dreams! We highly recommend her." read more

Punch line first - Rini is your best friend in the real estate zone - no matter whether you are a buyer or a seller... We love to evaluate data and our decision to choose Rini was completely data driven! She showed us the numbers that tells the story of her successful career in a rather competitive Bay Area market. We were proud of her achievements then and even more so now for how she pulled through with us during what is probably one of the hardest times (Coronavirus pandemic) any of us have ever experienced. Rini is empathetic towards everyone - and that's what we appreciated the most about her. Although she was the leader of the selling team, she remained respectful and compassionate about the potential buyers. The staging was aesthetically done and the open house was a runaway success - probably one of the best ever in the neighborhood. We received 9 offers and we closed in 20 days - and we called the process "fast and furious". Rini is convincing, patient, and a good negotiator. With her professional and personal traits, she is a real estate agent with a lot of heart and grit and power. Ofcourse we recommend her for your real estate dreams in the Bay Area - a thousand times over!! read more

I had the pleasure of working with Sudeshna (Rini) for an investment property my husband and I purchased in in 2015. She is extremely nice to work with and has very good knowledge of the real estate market in the Bay Area. Let me tell you, we were not easy clients to work with - we had a big checklist of things we wanted in a property, very busy schedules, and very little wiggle room in the budget. She was really patient, showed us lots of homes and was very honest and upfront about any shortcomings she could find in the properties. One of the best things we liked about her was that she did not put any kind of pressure on us to buy quickly. She is very responsive; was answering our emails even when she was on vacation. The transaction closed very smoothly, thanks to all her great efforts and awesome co-ordination. We found her cheerful personality and personal touch very heartwarming. Months after the transaction closed, I reached out to her with some questions on the real estate market. She responded back immediately and even sent us some research data that we could look at. I highly recommend her as a real estate agent. read more

Rini exceeded our expectations at every possible level as we went through the process of selling our home. She chose the optimum time period, the right price, and - most importantly - positioned the home such that potential buyers love the home as much as we did (still do!). The last point is very important as buyers need to envision themselves living their lives in that house. To help her achieve that goal, she not only works extremely hard herself, but also has a truly top-notch team that shares the same passion - from the pedantic photographer who had just got back after doing a photo shoot with President Obama, to the detail-oriented stager who wouldn't accept the slight mis-alignment of a wall hanging.. The team is bent on getting everything exactly RIGHT.. Finally, as multiple offers came in, she patiently walked us through the options - also prepared a summary spreadsheet to enable us to make an informed decision - quickly. In summary, we are extremely satisfied with our experience with Rini, highly recommend her, and happy to talk to anybody who wants to know more about our experience read more

We are very happy that we chose to work with Rini. From the first Rini strategized with us on how to market our house best and how to leverage the market. She and her team were very open to feedback and always available to answer our questions. We knew that at every step Rini was looking out for us and negotiating on our behalf.
