This man definitely has God working through him! Abby was a very manipulative pup, and basically ruled me and I was not able to walk her because she pulled me that I thought I dislocated my shoulder, and fearful of falling and breaking bones, and or face planting!! After just one day I can now walk her with confidence that I won't be pulled, even in situations of other people (she is very friendly and would be overly excited and uncontrollable) I can now control the situation with the knowledge given to me during my training session. Mr. O trained Abby (Abby absolutely loved Mr. O!) This was the best investment for Abby and myself and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mr. O !! If you want your dog obedient and able to follow commands, walk on a loose leash etc!! Mr O's "THE DOG TRAINING PLACE" is where you need to take your Dog!!! He uses POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT! I am following the instructions given to me during my training as Mr. O explains is very important for the first 10 days after the one day session. I have exercises to do with Abby twice a day to instill in her everything Mr. O taught her. Alisha was calm, walked me through the steps I needed to take to retrain her, answered a ton of questions and never asked for a dime. She was so incredibly helpful and she gave me hope that I can get my dog back on track! Because of this spectacular service I asked her if she would be willing to do some one-on-one training with my dog. We meet this Sunday and I am excited to see what else she can help us with. She was able to quickly identify the things we were doing that were not working and teach us how to better communicate to our dog. Our beagle also had a lot of aggression with towards other dogs, so we thought. Kate arranged one of our sessions at her friend's house so that her friend and her large German Shepard could stand outside while we worked with our beagle's reaction. Kate immediately saw that our beagle was actually very fearful of the other dog and that what was causing his reaction. Within fifteen minutes we were walking down the street side by side with the German Shepard and its owner without my beagle flipping out! Kate offers sessions in the client's home at a reasonable price. You can pay per session or buy multiple sessions for a discount. As owners of a stubborn, yet oh so cute, beagle, we found our five sessions with Kate to be extremely valuable. We will use what we learned everyday of our lives as dog owners.

Staff are extremely friendly, and are obviously pet lovers…read more We had previously tried once or twice to board our suspicious dog, who absolutely hated the experiences, even in a nice facility at our vet's - ultimately, we had to enlist the services of a pet sitter to care for her whenever we would go out of town. One of our friends recommended this place to us for boarding and for grooming, and I must say we have never been disappointed! They have multiple options for your pet, including private "luxury" rooms, which were a good way to get our dog used to the place and staff - now she is in their "standard" rooms whenever she stays, and is very happy and relaxed when we go to pick her up. We can just tell that she has a good time when she stays here. The grooming is excellent as well - we always have them give her a bath and clip her nails the day we are to pick her up, and we have been quite pleased with her overall care here. It's not that easy to get to if you live in town, but it's well worth the trip. Will definitely continue to make this our go-to place for pet boarding needs!

This time, we got home and noticed a 2" round spot of hair trimmed off of our Golden, down to the skin. Note that our Golden does not get trimmed. They asked us to email photos, which we did. Despite repeatedly being told they would call back. They never did. Even though they told us they would. We finally got them to answer the phone. They refused to take responsibility, wouldn't even entertain trying to make things right and told us to go somewhere else. Horrible way to run a business.
