They called me back right when they opened and said they could see my urgently sick turtle in 30 minutes. I rushed there from O'Fallon, IL and was seen immediately. They were SO kind and they were great with my turtle. The vet and the vet techs truly went above and beyond for me. I am so grateful. I'm hoping my turtle gets better so I don't have to go back for a while, but I know if he needs to go that he is in the best hands. The prices were reasonable (even for X-rays and medications), no wait time, and they were more than willing to see my turtle. 10/10 cannot recommend them enough. I am so grateful for this exotic animal hospital. Edit: I've been twice in the past few weeks and they are WONDERFUL.
