He extended our time on the side of the busy interstate in a construction zone at 1:00am with our 4 year old grandson having to call another tow truck and wait. Very unprofessional, don't waste your time with this company. Their reviews speak for themselves.

Took extra time (hours) driving us to a hotel while he worked on our vehicle(we are out of towners). Picked us back up the next evening to drive us to his shop to get our vehicle back and fixed! We were able to be back on the road by 8pm the next day to take our family to South Carolina for vacation! Thank you again for all you did for us!!!!!

Very disrespectful to the elderly. I came home to find a large flatbed tow truck blocking my…read moredriveway. The drivers was nowhere in sight and not in his truck, so I beeped my horn hoping to get his attention wherever he was. No one came. I pulled up to see if there was anyway I could get in my driveway by driving on my lawn, but he was blocking the whole thing. Backed up again and stopped next to the driver side door and beeped again. He finally came over from wherever he was (which turned out to be not all that far, but in my blind spot). He was rude, disrespectful, and called me a bitch. The whole event was so surreal. I couldn't imagine why this person was acting the way he was. It felt very personal, but I had never met this man before. I finally got in my driveway and in my house. I called the company, but didn't even get an apology. The whole incident was so upsetting, I was crying on and off all evening. Love your Mom? Call anyone else.

The same gentleman came out each time for us and provided the absolute best service. We were updated regularly by the dispatcher and the driver arrived in a timely manner.
