Paella Valenciana (with Rabbit/Chicken) is the authentic one and has to be ordered a day in advance. We ended up ordering the Seafood (de Marisco) Paella which can be ordered same day. Filled with all types of seafood-delicious! Table next to us ordered the one with Lobster which looked like a winner also. Service was excellent! I expected it to have more of a saffron taste, but it was more salt/rosemary. Looked well-presented though!
