It often felt like we were bumping into walls or each other, which made it hard to enjoy the session. I took a Mat Pilates class, and it was much hotter than I expected. I understand the studio also offers hot yoga, but I wasn't expecting that level of heat for Pilates. I'd suggest either limiting class sizes or making it clearer which classes are heated. It's affordable, which is a plus, but I'm not sure I'd return.

Then my endocrinologist suggested that I work with personal trainer to build bone mass to reduce my osteopenia, so I contacted Tom for personal training. Due to the state of my ankle as well as being totally out of shape, I was a little apprehensive. But Tom has been great. I can't believe the difference in what I can do today vs. just six months ago. Amber has three colleagues teaching out of this fledgling studio, offering a variety of classes, including two weekly All Bodies Rise classes that emphasize body positivity. The vibe in this studio is friendly and accessible, and the classes cater to all ability levels. I have attended practices led by two of the instructors (Amber and Emma), and they are without doubt two of the best yoga practices I've encountered in Tucson. Weekly practice under Amber's guidance has resulted in noticeable gains in my balance and flexibility.
