Inside, there are bold murals on the walls that give the place real personality and make it feel intentional rather than accidental. I ordered two birria queso tacos and they were legit. Crispy, cheesy, rich, and gloriously messy in the way birria tacos are supposed to be. The kind of tacos that make you temporarily forget you still have hours of driving ahead of you.
