This is the place you go to for a quick and cheap lunch…read more Most of the sandwiches here range from $4.50-$6.00. I dont know about you but the price it self gets me for cheap lunches and the fact that the sandwiches are loaded with good quality deli meat and the staff is nice is the cherry on top. They offer an array of cold sandiwches, hot sandwiches, and even small fried food options like chicken strips and fries. My favorite thing about this place is that even though they are one of the only places in the area to serve deli sandwiches, they are so friendly and cheap (I know I said this already but I need to emphasis this. If you know this area you know there are no cheap options). Turkey and Cheese on a sub with everything on it... Oil and vinager seeps through the wax paper.... YES, Please!

I ordered a beef BEC, and the amount of bacon on it was surprisingly small. I went back to ask about it because it honestly looked like there was only one piece of bacon on the sandwich. I was told they put two slices on every sandwich and that mine had the correct amount. I'll include a photo so you can decide for yourself, but in my opinion, it didn't look like it. I hope this was just an off day because I've had good experiences here before.

The associate assisted all of us serenely and politely. He, (Yad V Z) acquired my photos from my device via cables and printed out the order. The BEST, invaluable help provided was that in the confusion, I had left my apple lap top at the photo center. While on my way home, I was informed immediately about my missing laptop via text (from my order) and was able to retrieve my device which contained all of the material for a PBS.org documentary film shoot from early this morning for the next few days. Obviously, if not for the quick attention by the associate Yad V Z, we would have not been able to go on with our work. Infinite thanks to Yad V Z and to Wallgreens for maintaining a community dimensioned service where they care about customers.

The attendant saw me but decided to come out of the booth when the next car pulled up. He then decided to serve that person before me. So I thought, no problem I will not make assumptions. NEXT SITUATION happened to me last night. I parked and went into the store FIRST. A Caucasian female came in after me and stood behind me on my left. The cashier looked over me (somewhat difficult to do since I stand at about 6') acknowledged her first and was ready to serve her. I spoke up by saying...can I have, as I proceeded to ask if he was serious. Not to mention my children have expressed the workers in the store are a bit rude to them yet nice and helpful to their Indian friends. In conclusion MY family and I WILL NOT be spending money there again!

You can pretty much find any brand you want, from the low end to the high end, all at reasonable prices. The "food" aspect of this establishment is not as advanced as the "spirits" aspect, but you can find the basics of a corner store and, again, reasonable prices. If you are hosting a party and need to stock up, I would recommend this place for the adult beverages, and you can drive to the nearby shopping center for your other items. The service at Pleasant Valley Food & Spirits is efficient and friendly. On the whole, I recommend this place.
