They also just "get" dogs and understand that they're not always perfectly behaved and may show some anxiety about being away from home. The staff is more than capable of handling any issues that arise. They also have large rooms and even offer camera access if you want to "check in" on your pets. The staff at Ruff House Adventures did a thorough evaluation and asked detailed questions to understand our family's specific training needs: she's not the boss and she can settle down and be calm. Ruff House Adventures' trainers and entire staff helped my dog learn her place as a dog & that it's safe to mellow out. Most importantly they taught me, the owner, how to better understand my dog's triggers & find alternative ways of addressing her behavior issues. How it works: On the day of your appointment you just drop off your dog from 8 AM-9 AM and then they will call you later in the day when it is time for you to come get your furry friend! Fendi has always come out of the groom with energy and looking and smelling FRESH! When grooming the dog, they also include nail trimming and filing. The groomers always do such a good job and I will continue to recommend this place to any of my friends who are looking for a groomer!
