I honestly called Randy Walker because my brother in law used to work there for years and really…read moreliked working for them. I figured he was happy and proud to work for them that I may as well give them a try. Incidentally he left there only because he moved out of state or he would still be working for them! We moved into a new home and found that our ceiling fan in our bedroom was toast. I called and they were out that day! Wow! Brandon came and accessed that the fan was in deed done for and made suggestions. I also had him look into some dead outlets and access our veranda for installation of a fan out there and additional outlets. He left and I ordered what I wanted and had it delivered from a lamp/fan place and then I had Brandon out a second time to do all the install. He was very polite; nice southern boy:) and worked on all the things I asked for. It actually took two trips to do as I had asked for additional wiring and outlets, but that was okay. We weren't in a rush. We absolutely love our new fans and the fact that we have additional outlets on the veranda. Brandon did a great job! He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job. (He's a Master Plumber) At all times he kept in communication...texting before he came to the house. (Cecil's also sends a text with a map so you can follow on the map when he's on the way) Love that! She is very happy to be able to turn on the water again without feeling pain. I highly recommend Cecil's plumbing service, they were able to track down replacements for the older parts and Josh installed them quickly and they work great. I also greatly appreciated the fact that he wore a mask and respected our safety concerns. We will definitely call on Cecil's when we need repairs in the future. Great job!
