Unfortuantely Dr Lewis passed away and the office started going through a series of Doctors/Dentists (see comment from 2022 where they was no dentist) They now have a really really good dentist on site who did a truly great job on an emergency for me (a 2x4 in my garage hit me right with the short end and broke both an upper tooth and a lower molar). Was able to get the rear resolved with a temp crown and got the other tooth pulled all within 4 hours. Would highly recommend this dentist office, especially to anyone who used to be a patient of Dr Lewis.

When I checked out they charged me over $500. Then a few weeks later they called me up and said I owed $95 more for an x-ray United didn't pay. I called United and discovered Cresta was only supposed to charge me half of the cost for the extraction according to their contract $117.50. I called Cresta and they said I would have to wait 48 hrs for the billing department to call me. They told me the same thing when I called inquiring about the $95 charge and it was over a week. These people are ripping off customers who are on a limited Social Security income. They need to be investigated.

This was certainly my case as I approached a visit to Doctor Ryan Leonhart knowing I had to have two teeth removed. However, from the moment I stepped through the door, everyone, from the office staff to the technicians to Dr. Leonhart himself, did everything humanly possible to put me at ease. I was treated with patience, kindness, and understanding every step of my visit. The office staff was cordial and efficient, and they explained my procedure and the costs involved thoroughly. The nurses were calming and comforting and went out of their way to make me feel at ease. And Dr. Leonhart himself was a model of what a physician's bedside manner should be. I can honestly say that I don't think that a visit to an oral surgeon could be any less stressful or pain-free than this one. The professionalism of everyone involved was unparalleled in my experience, as was their kindness and concern. Dr. Leonhart even personally called me later that evening to inquire about my welfare.
