From the very beginning, we wanted a builder we could truly trust to handle the entire project from start to finish, and ibuilders completely delivered. Alan guided us seamlessly through the design process. They took care of all the permitting with the city, which made what could have been a stressful process completely hassle-free. In addition to building the ADU itself, they upgraded our main electrical panel and completed hardscaping around the unit to give us a clean, low-maintenance outdoor space. Luis and his team spent about 30 minutes understanding my requirements and provided detailed and honest feedback. They explained that since my existing patio is built with Alumawood, enclosing it with a regular wood frame would not be appropriate. The proper options would be either to remove the existing structure and rebuild it from scratch or use a specialized Alumawood sunroom system. Even though iBuilders Design and Build could not take on my project, I truly appreciate Luis and his team for their transparency, professionalism, and willingness to provide honest guidance upfront. Their responsiveness and helpful advice made the process much clearer for me.

Marie and Brian came out to measure the property, and the drawings were completed promptly. We then asked Marie to coordinate the permitting process as well. Marie brought together information from professionals across several disciplines, clarified requirements with the City and proactively followed up to keep everything moving.
