    Was in the area to meet a friend for coffee and popped in. The absolute nicest staff. Truly so helpful and kind, and made me a beautiful bouquet for such a reasonable price. The bouquet was so nice that I am mildly intimidated to give it to my friend because she might think I am obsessed with her. I will definitely be back anytime I am in the area!

    I needed a show stopper for my mother in law's 80th birthday. I placed an order based on online reviews for a low bouquet with red roses, dark purple lilies, orchids etc... I wanted something moody, dramatic, architectural, elegant and asymmetrical. I'm pretty particular and I could not be more thrilled with Joanie's wonderful interpretation of my request. Very pleased with our purchase.

    I ordered an arrangement for my stepmom through their website for Mother's Day. Arrived on time and looked great! I liked how there was a mix of open and closed blooms so that it will last longer. Very pleased with my experience.

    I am beyond pleased with the service I received from Riley's Florist. My friend was graduating from medical school in MO so I was looking for a local florist who could deliver a surprise bouquet for her. Of the places I looked at, I liked the arrangements on Riley's Florist website the best. With online orders, there is always the concern that the bouquet won't come out as advertised so I was fully aware of that and ordered the Carnival bouquet. Because of the time-sensitive nature of this surprise, I instead planned for my friend's fiancé to pick up the bouquet the day after it was ordered so it would reach my friend before she left for her ceremony. That day, I called Riley's location and he answered the phone quickly and assured me the bouquet was ready for pickup. A few hours later, I get text messages (and these pictures too) of the bouquet. I'm glad the surprise went off without a hitch and appreciate how responsive and professional Riley's Florist was! :)

    Extremely disingenuous web advertising. The flowers look nothing like what I ordered. Not only that, but I upgraded to the "deluxe" bouquet and they didn't even put roses in there as pictured. For the price ($98 with tax and delivery fee), I should have received a dozen roses. It looks like something I could have picked up for $14 at the grocery store. I also asked in the order that they be delivered in the evening. Instead, they were delivered at 10am. Tried calling and only got a recording saying they weren't taking anymore orders for the day. Very disappointed.

    Do not order through Riley's. They sent my godmother an arrangement that looks nothing like their website photo. The arrangement I chose, pink pearly pleasures, looked beautiful online, with pale pink roses, gerber daisies, effusions of ribbons, and pink and silver pearls. What they sent contained asiatic lilies, carnations (!!!!!), no roses at all, and other flowers in various colors. It looked nothing like the arrangement I picked out. When I asked that they rectify the situation by sending her what I ordered, they proposed to do so and then take back the flowers they'd already delivered!! I advised them that that was truly bad form. The salesperson would not relent, so I told him to forget it. I should have paid attention to what was written by Gaetano A., below. His experience was not unlike mine, in that the flowers he requested were not what his fiancee was sent. Do not shop here. You'll have no certainty that what you ordered will be what your loved one receives. And this shop will have no problem taking your money while substituting cheap flowers (carnations) for more beautiful ones (roses).

    Yikes. I thought the other negative reviews were no longer valid since they are older. I should have taken them to heart... I recently ordered some flowers on my boss's behalf for someone. It was important to me, since I was shopping for someone else who has great taste, that these flowers be really beautiful and of great quality! Well, since pictures speak a thousand words, here is what was ordered vs. what was received. Clearly lower quality flowers and much more "filler" than pictured... they barely resemble the darling, happy arrangment I thought I was ordering. I felt so bad since I had spent my boss's money on something that I would never select myself for someone else. The recipient is happy, which is really all that should matter (and why I'm not giving only 1 star), but it's pretty wild that there is such a big difference between what was advertised and what was received. If the picture on the website matched this bouquet, I would have never chosen it. One great thing about this experience was the prompt service. I placed the order around 9:30 or 10 am and the flowers were delivered by 2 pm, which I thought was wonderful and almost unheard of elsewhere! Next time, I'll just go to the shop so I know what I'm getting!
