Our driveway looks fantastic and it was done correctly! They even went above and beyond by helping my grandkids put their handprints in the cement. He showed up right on time, was extremely knowledgeable about the different types of concrete, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His pricing was very fair, but what stood out even more was his integrity. He not only helped me understand what was happening with my client's driveway he took the time to look at my driveway and gave me pointers on how to protect it in the future. Pete is trustworthy, reliable, and made me feel completely at ease. As a realtor, it can be challenging to find high-quality, dependable vendors to recommend to clients but Pete is absolutely one of them. I will be confidently referring Creteworx my clients in the future.

It involved repairing a stone wall, making new rock walls to hold back the dirt, and creating the grade necessary for runoff on a major hill we live in to. If we had questions or concerns the owners were communicative and very reasonable in working out solutions together. Everyone has a job a place and a valuable skill. They work very well together and complete things on time. I can best describe it as a " well oiled machine". They all collaborate well to use their specialized skills and provide quality support and service. I think every homeowner also knows how often, when a construction crew leaves, they get left with a mess to deal with. They are good at cleaning up after themselves and returning things to the way they were. Thanks crew. In a world of unreliability, you showed up, you shone!

The grading in my yard was also not right making the problem worse. Brandon and crew was able to mitigate both yards so that the water flows away from both houses and down the dry beds that the original landscapers put in but did not grade properly. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of their work. Brandon really knows his stuff, dont be deceived by his youthful appearance! This man and his crew are geniuses. Reasonable pricing and work completed on time as promised. Definitely recommend them!

We saw Ryan's work at the home of our neighbor and friend. This friend works in the building industry and has very high standards. He was impressed with Ryan's work too. We didn't collect other bids. We usually do our research, pick a contractor that has the best standards and reputation and pay the going rate. Our driveway is very big. The area we replaced is about the size of a basketball court. It was raining nearly every day for over a week, but the crew worked hard to get the old driveway up and hauled it all away. They used a three man crew most of the time but on the pour day there were a dozen skilled concrete finishers all working together like a team. I used to be a Union laborer in AZ when I was young. I helped prepare and pour concrete. I can say from my experience that Ryan and his team are professionals. They are also highly skilled. They even sealed the concrete the day after the pour. That's something I don't recall seeing when I worked my job. The finishing work and everything went smoothly. I'm more than pleased with the way it turned out. I would gladly recommend Diehl Concrete. They are honest, polite, hard working and clean up afterward.

We just had our basement finished by BIC and couldn't be happier. The owner, Scott Schwegel and…read moreteam have fine-tuned the craft of basement building to a new level. The work is top notch. I will add photos later after we furnish. Everything run like clockwork (Thanks Bobbie). The workers come through a basement window (!) and do their work. No traffic through the house. Our work superintendent was Scott Rhodus, who is pleasant to work with and really cared about customer needs. BIC also came up with an ingenious solution to a design issue our house had. Due to the placement of a double window, the proposed bedroom would be either smaller or too big making the walkway too narrow. We spoke with 3 other companies previously and none could offer a solution. Scott carefully replaced the double window with a single and made the bedroom the right size we wanted. All in all, if you need your basement done, talk to BIC. You are in good hands. The price was reasonable and work was completed on time.
