Now Jay, had exceptional service from start to finish. He was quick to respond, and he fit me in the same week I called. He knew exactly why I had wood rotting under my chimney just from the pictures I sent, which tells you how knowledgeable he is. He showed up on time with two friendly apprentices and explained everything he was going to do before starting. When we found more rotted wood than expected, he did not skip a beat. He looked up prices and came up with a solution right there. He even went back to the store for extra materials to accommodate the new requests I had based on what we found, and he still kept his prices extremely fair. Most importantly, he was HONEST, which is absolutely hard to find. On top of that, his apprentices cleaned my gutters too. This was an on the spot request that I made because why not? Absolutely phenomenal work. No one wants to be repairing their home in this economy, but this was a genuinely pleasurable experience. He will absolutely be my first call for any future repairs. In a phone call with WTC the rep claimed I had signed up for service, but they didn't have a service contract or which plan I had signed up for or a billing arrangement Service rep had no apparent intention to resolve the damage done to my house, but try to day there was a misunderstanding. Since I never signed up.for service they had no reason to drill holes in the side of my house.
