This place was recommended to me and oh my goodness, ITS AMAZING. First of all, this is - no exaggeration - the best massage I've ever had. I also added extraction to my facial and it was the best extraction I've ever had. Yes it was a bit painful, but that's how you know it's a good session! The best part - Everything was in one room, on one bed. I was able to get a facial and massage and not move. That sounds silly, but getting dressed and moving room to room is always a bummer, and not having to do that is like... the best thing ever. HIGHLY recommended!!

The atmosphere is top notch, they're VERY cleanly, and extremely detailed consultation. I've had Brylee a couple of times and she is such a sweetheart and very accommodating. The first time I saw her we had great conversation and laughs and the second time I went I felt bad because I was so quiet but it was because the day before I had a terrible day and once she ​got to shampooing my hair it was so relaxing that the d​ay before melted away in the sink for me.‍ I ​was able to just relax and disassociate a little without ANY pressure of conversation, she seems to understand that some people are talkative and some are not, s​o I love the duality. where do I begin!? my birthday spa day experience was everything that I could've hoped for. 5 years…read morecoming. 5 hours of service. 55th Birthday loading. my universe aligned for this very moment. started with a massage by Dain. those arm and leg pulls were everything! I have a neck sensitivity and he had me so relaxed that I didn't flinch once! he even massaged my ears! that was a pleasant surprise. I would've expected that during the facial, if at all. massage was followed by a facial by Markiah. she throughly cleansed my face and offered some products to use for my skin type. then she massaged, moisturized, and gave my hands a heat treatment. that was yet another unexpected surprise. after each service i was greeted with some water by my attendants waiting outside the rooms. everything was so clean and organized. Ciara had set aside an hour for me to enjoy lunch. I requested sushi (my favorite). it was ordered and delivered to the spa. Ciara set me up comfortably in the serenity room. I enjoyed my meal in a peaceful environment while reading and reflecting. after lunch I had a manicure and pedicure by Nila. she song happy birthday to me in Phillipino and gave me her Nutty Buddy ice cream cone to enjoy during my pedicure. it was a very nostalgic moment for me. growing up in the 70s, eating one of my memorable childhood treats. the salt scrub, paraffin wax, and hot towels added to the experience. the restrooms were clean. the locker room was very inviting. offering showers, toiletries, robes, and slides/shoes. like real shoes! lol. I didn't explore the whole facility but saw various products display areas. I mostly floated from room to room. lol. and at the end of my services. (I could've hung out til closing. they have blankets and pillows on the couches in the serenity room.) Ciara gave me a gift bag (I can't wait to open it). it made me realize the importance of taking the time for self care and I plan to make a spa visit part of a monthly ritual. the facility is BEAUTIFULLY decorated and inviting. if I was to have one "con" it would be the inner rooms decor. its basically bed or chair and service supplies. some plants, stones, or something of that nature would've definitely added to the inviting environment. but thats something very slight as 99% of the times your eyes are closed!!! lol. Today I went in for the first time. I've heard wonderful things through word of mouth from…read moredifferent friends. I decided to book an appointment to color with Kimi S. She was very kind and the environment was relaxed. I showed her pictures of what I wanted (I had 3 different color schemes/styles to show her) and I basically trusted her to use her judgement and do what she thought was best. I'm not hard to please but I want quality work. The other stylists were funny and nice. I enjoyed the overall environment of the salon. Kimi took her time while coloring, it was a detailed and delicate process. I really appreciated her attention to detail (especially once I saw it dry). I have been going to super cuts since I moved to Maine and it's been okay, but hardly what I wanted. When Kimi cut my hair it was as if she fixed anything that was ever wrong with it. Not to put down the people I have been to before, but Kimi really paid attention and took her time. The finished product is beautiful! We decided to keep it warm and I can come back to lighten it as I wish. I honestly have not had better results with my hair before and I'm extremely happy with her work. The mix of colors and dimensions are perfect! :) I'm definitely going back to Kimi!
