Having stayed for various procedures and having delivered my 20 year old here qualify my review from a patient point of view.
This hospital has great staff, generally caring people who treat you with kindness and respect. They cannot serve your every need these days, nor should they have to. Capable and intelligent nursing staff is more important, and these days they advocate you get up as soon as possible after most types of service. As crazy as it sounds, people heal better the moment they get moving. To me that makes sense from the biological, early-human perspective. People who walk a lot enjoy good health.
Then the routing system: how ideal! I don't know why other hospitals don't employ it. In the confirmation of your appointment you get a routing number, follow that numerically when you enter and - presto! - you are at the correct location for pediatrics, apothecary, radiology, etc. Supereasy and logical.
Finally, I like the atrium interior and the shops. There is a shop with great presents for those who have to stay longer, a good (but expensive) food place, and an ice cream shop. Oops! Maybe you should control-delete that info (but it is artisan and yummy, and you didn't hear that from me).
Lots of paid parking with the day ticket costing you 7 euros.
I like it as far as hospitals go. read more
