I search Tires in Mason Ciry, and find/call Tony's Tire. Online says they're closing but they answer, and gentleman says "guys are walking out but bring it by, I'll take a look. Sounds like you're in a bind." Understatement. I'd have to find a hotel and disrupt my whole trip, which would throw off my Thursday in a major way. Twenty minutes later, Tony's has my tire patched, I'm back on the road - at an incredibly reason value mind you - with a huge smile for appreciation of service and helping out a fellow human. We were passing thru on our way home in KY when the yellow check engine light came on. We stopped…read morehere. They figured out that our turbo was going out at 40k miles on our 2019 Winnebago. It was a $12k estimate. It cost $2k to get that diagnosis. We chose to have repairs done closer to home. During diagnosis they had to cut a clamp off (we had to wait a day for them to get a new clamp) and disconnected the tail pipe to access the turbo from underneath. They replaced the clamp (another $80) but did NOT tighten the tail pipe. We nearly lost it driving down the road. I do not recommend Harrison Truck Center.

For the next 3+ hours AAA and I called various local auto repair vendors trying to connect with anyone who would come help us. None of the alleged 24 hour service providers would answer our call or return the call. The only one who answered the phone and came to our aid was Brian from Keck's. He answered the phone and came out and worked on our motorhome, in the dark and in the rain on a hot and humid Minnesota day. He couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. We sat on the interstate for almost 4 hours trying to get a hold of anyone who would come. I woulds not hesitate to call him again if I ever need assistance in the Faribault or Owatonna area again.
