Just want to give a shout out to Bill Mooneyham and the staff at Right Trailers in Lakeland. I had decided to start my plumbing business with a cargo trailer instead of a van. I narrowed it down to a cargo trailer that was 7x12, had barn doors, and I wanted .030 aluminum skin. I am going to be using this trailer daily and I wanted it to last. I visited several dealers online and in-person looking for a trailer that fit my needs. After all of my research, I found a 6x12 trailer at Right Trailers in Lakeland. What really impressed me was the way this dealership runs its business. From the moment I drove in it was apparent this place was professional. They directed me to a place to park where there was a tent set up outside to maintain safe distances for Covid. When I got out of my car a woman greeted me quickly and took my name. I knew what I was looking for so I headed towards it on the lot. A few minutes later a salesman found me and began explaining the differences in the trailers. I decided I wanted to buy it. They were able to get me financing and the whole process was quick and easy. ( I should have haggled more. I paid full price, but I needed this trailer and it was the only one like it available) I showed up late and it was after closing time but they accommodated me so I didn't have to drive back from Tampa on Monday. After I got it home and was researching how to tag it I discovered in Florida the trailer either has to have a Certificate of Origin or a certified weight ticket. I was trying to figure out what I should do. I emailed Bill and he said they would send the Certificate of Origin to me. I explained I had an appointment to get this handled with the state agency in a few days and he said he would FedEx it to me. He did and I got it the next day. I wasn't treated like this at any other dealers. I looked at several places and nobody even acknowledged I was there. It really was a great experience from top to bottom. I highly recommend these folks. They know what they are doing. read more

What a great bunch of guys! I broke down 400 miles away from home with a shackle that needed to be welded on a big trailer. Right trailers listened to my needs and took care of me right away. 3 guys got on the job and sent me out the door within a couple hours. No mess, no fuss. I am disabled and I am looking for someone to basically build me a trailer from floor up . I am a client of Vocational Rehabilitation in Brandon , Fl . They help others like myself get our businesses up and running , or they help people like myself find a job so that we can join the working world , instead of going on SSI or Disability . I had contacted one of Rights " sister " trailer places , as they have helped a few like myself before . We had went to the " sister store " , but they only had one person working so they didnt ever have time to talk for 30 minutes , if even that . I needed a lot of things done to this trailer , because I am disabled for one , but I needed a lot of things modified in general . I then called Right Trailers to see if they would like to apply for Vocational Rehab to help people like myself , they agreed . What a hassle it turned out to be and the RUDENESS of their accountant was horrible . She didnt only treat me like complete garbage , she then treated my business consultant horribly . She didnt want to have one of her salesmen " tied up for two hours " ( I dont know how 15 minutes to 30 minutes turned into 2 hours ) if the trailer wasnt going to be purchased from them . This is what she said to my business consultant ! All we needed , was a quote to give to a government operated business , so that they could fit it into THEIR plan . Vocational Rehabilitation is a government run office and haven't EVER turned anyone away from a trailer if it was needed . No one deserves to be spoken in the manner that she has to not only one of us , but both . Unreal , unprofessional , and hateful , Ms. Jessica . This isnt even my own money that is purchasing this , I still wouldnt give you the sale (s) . Its too bad that she had to act this way as Voc Rehab , could have really used this business to help many others than myself . Shame on you lady , shame on you .
