Manuel didn't make me feel like that at all. He greeted me with an understanding and helpful attitude and let me know what could be done to fix my truck. I had also just gotten my bumper bumped into lightly which bent it a little bit and Manuel said he could fix it for a great price too. He made everything sound like it was an easy fix (which I know it wasn't) and that helped a lot with me being overwhelmed about everything that had happened to my truck. It took around 3-4 days to fix my truck (a lot faster than most areas I had heard about from friends with hail damage) and my truck looked perfect! No more hail damage or bent bumper and he even took out some of the dings that we're visible in my doors too. He even cut the price in half from the original quote he had given me for the bent bumper (hail damage was covered by insurance). I definitely recommend Manuel and his team to anyone looking for work on their vehicles!

I took my suburban for some repairs. Richard told me he had a similar vehicle like mine a year older and mine was really taken care of and that he would repair my vehicle really fast and he even offered to give me a ride home so he could start the repairs right away. That's when Richard started hitting on me and he told me I didn't need to pay for the repairs if I went out with him I declined his request. When I picked up my vehicle a few days later I paid for my repairs and I quickly got out there and was on my way. I went to go wash my vehicle and that's when I noticed removed my four rims were completely different from my original ones. I called about him taking my rims and replacing them with his old ones and he said he didn't know who I was and what I was talking about. I later went with the cops to confront him and goes and hides his suburban in the garage and quickly closes the shop door. After reading uniformly discouraging Yelp reviews for auto shops all over town, my neighbor told me about Sirianni Automotive so I called, and took the pickup in. I trust that you are aware that a "FREE" diagnosis means that the shop has to find enough repairs to pay for the cost of the "free" service. I paid the very reasonable diagnostic fee and got my pickup back fully repaired with the engine light off, for much less than I thought it would cost. Based on my experience, and that of my neighbor, you can trust Sirianni Automotive to advise you well and to give good value for the cost of repairs for your vehicle.

We were also (finally and thankfully) given a loner car. After switching out the right wheel bearing, we were told that it was actually the left wheel bearing that needed to be switched out. After replacing both, they came back saying the creaking was still happening. This took them 2-3 days. Just this morning, Raul called with an update saying it was the shoe brakes and it was related to the initial job they had done. We got our car back, and it is finally not creaking! We were also not charged for any of the extra work they did on our vehicle. I appreciate them taking the time to fix our car and not charging us any extra money. I am updating my 1 star review to a 3 star review. I just wish our experience was smoother, and our concerns were better heard the first time around.

I spoke…read moreto James the younger (This place is run by a father-son duo) on the phone, and he told me to bring my car in for a one hour diagnostic which would cost $95. After about thirty minutes, which included a quick test drive and a look under the hood, James discovered that my muffler was basically eroded from all my years of driving around in the snow up north! Since he discovered the issue so quickly he only charged me half price for the diagnostic (hurray, for honest mechanics!) I live nearby, and figured I'd just walk home while they worked on my car as installing a new muffler would take a few hours, but James the elder very kindly offered me a ride home. About 2.5 hours later when my car was ready they came and picked me up again. All in all, the diagnostic, a new muffler, and the labor to install cost just under $300, much more reasonable than the quotes I'd collected from other mechanics in the area. It's such a relief to have found a reliable mechanic nearby, and I will definitely be back for oil changes, etc.

I will continue to leave bad reviews on any site possible and will use every social media platform to spread the word about this shady business. We are also reaching out to the BBB . We left our car there for services to be rendered only to pick it up with severe damage to our car. The owner James... yes THE OWNER scuffed our car inside his garage leaving the whole passenger side dented and full of yellow paint. When we asked him about it he offered to have it fixed by his friend only to have shoddy work done . When we reached out to find out where he took it he wouldn't answer our texts or calls. He promised to make it right... his version of making it right was giving us a gift card to the wash tub.... wth??? How about you give us the money it cost us to rent a car since he kept our car over a week we had to rent one to get our kids and myself taken around. Mind you at the time I was 6 months pregnant. Then his wife had the nerve to call and solicit further business from us... This place is the worst!!! Full of empty promises ... my car has never had body work done to it and thanks to this place when I go trade it in I will have to explain why the paint job on the whole right side is awful!! When we asked him to make good on his promise since he was the one he wrecked it he told us we should be grateful he fixed it at all. Now I wonder how he wrecked it and didn't realize it... was he blasting our radio .. when we got it it was full blast... other wise how do you not realize your scuffed and did major damage to the car??? We were out over $400 between car rental and trying to make our car look right. Like I said we have a paper trail of all this . So if he wants to get on here and refute my claims he's sadly mistaken. I've kept my opinions to myself and base this whole experience solely on facts. I will be posting this review everywhere .
