Upon checking in, I was informed that only one recall can be addressed since they didn't have the parts for the other recall. So they ordered the parts, but I was told it would take some time. While they addressed one of the recalls, I sat in the waiting area. It was comfy and clean. Unable to leave less stars…read more I am writing to formally express my concern regarding an unresolved warranty issue for my Audi Q7, which I purchased along with a warranty through Hendrick Lexus. Over the past two weeks, I have been attempting to resolve a matter related to warranty coverage through the Audi service department. Unfortunately, I have experienced significant delays, lack of communication, and difficulty obtaining clear information regarding whether the warranty will be honored. I have been waiting for a return call from David McCall or Anthony regarding this matter, but as of today I have not received any follow-up. When I have been able to speak with Anthony, he has appeared uninterested and preoccupied, and my concerns have not been addressed in a meaningful way. In addition, I have attempted to escalate this matter to the General Manager but have been unable to reach him or receive assistance at that level. Given the amount of money I spent on this vehicle and warranty, I expect the coverage that was sold to me to be honored and for communication to be handled professionally. At this point, the lack of responsiveness and customer service is extremely concerning. If this issue cannot be resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue legal counsel to review the warranty agreement and determine the appropriate next steps. I would appreciate a prompt response from management to resolve this matter and clarify the status of my warranty coverage.

We bought a 2005 Nissan 350Z Base edition. The car has a clean interior and a nice outward appearance. It also has a few things to repair but we knew this knowing it was a used 11yr old vehicle. Jerry was polite and helpful and did also ask for feedback on the car the week after. He answered all of our questions about financing, purchase options, and had extensive knowledge on credit and banking resources. For the the added convenience, Jasmine also works there for the Spanish Speaking public. In addition to the car, we also purchased a 1 year warranty for $600 extra. This warranty will make us feel comfortable not knowing all of the details about this car yet making us feel secure and protected in the event of an unforeseen problem. I 100% recommend.

Within two months of owning the truck, the tires blew (they were dry rotted but had enough Tire Shine put on them that you couldn't tell) and the transmission had to be replaced. We were told the oil was freshly changed and even that hadn't been done. They have an offer of a full tank of gas in exchange for a five star review. Nah, I'd rather warn other buyers.
