The first step into their front door started with a warm welcoming followed with the staff working with my schedule, allowing me to continue being productive, not tampering with my emotional state creating additional triggers. They are solution based! As a lost soul, drinking as an alcoholic for 31 years, while attempting various programs, destroying relationships, and needing change... Finally something worked!!!! Not one of them has let us know what's happening and we're now going on 12 hours waiting on a very routine surgery. It seems some patients can be put on the back burner WITHOUT letting them know what is going on. Terrible service all around. Let's hope at least the surgeon does a good job. An all around crap medical day thanks tomthid business. They need to up their patient care game for sure.

We recently had a situation arise where we needed immediate help with my 92 year old father who was…read morein the rehab hospital and getting ready to be sent home. I contacted Griselda at Friendly Companion to see if she could provide the type of specialized care my father would need once he was released from the hospital. She was completely familiar with what his needs would be having had years of experience working with clients in need of high level care such as his. I was so impressed with her knowledge of situations such as his and felt immediately reassured that he was going to be well taken care of. She attended training sessions at the hospital along with her staff to insure that everyone on her team would know the proper procedures for caring for him with his particular medical condition. Once my father came home, Griselda's team of top notch caregivers provided excellent service to both my father and 90 year old mother until my father's condition worsened and we had to make a change in his care. I could not have asked for better assistance than I received from Griselda and her staff. She was available at a moment's notice and really came through for us in our time of need.
