Administrator tends to answer calls or questions which is great, it makes me feel concerns are truly being heard. I recommended this agency to my uncle whose son is completely nonverbal autistic. The aide that assisted with him was experienced and absolutely amazing, Magaly was her name. From the very start, they provided exceptional, compassionate, and attentive care. My mom lived with them for six years, and they were by her side until the very end. What meant so much to me was not only the way they cared for my mom, but also the way they communicated with our family. Someone was always available to answer questions, provide updates, or simply reassure us. That level of openness gave us so much peace of mind. Absolute Care is not a skilled nursing facility--it is truly a home where your loved one is treated with dignity, respect, and love. The staff is hands-on and goes above and beyond every day. If you are looking for a place where your family member will be cared for as if they were their own, I wholeheartedly recommend Absolute Care, or their sister home, Atlantis Care.
