I no longer work for Complete but I did want to take the time to review them. I worked for Complete…read morefor at least 4 years off and on. I was mainly part time toward the end. I was able to get a regular client for several years and then I dropped to prn because of RN school. I did notice many people complaining about the schedule so I wanted to give a non bias view of it. When I first started to work I worked many different cases because I needed full time hours. If you are willing to travel you will get full time hours plus some. When I wanted to stop traveling I let them know and within a few months I received a offer for a full time patient that I FELL IN LOVE WITH THESE PPL. I eventually received my RN and stopped working there. Many nurses complaining on Google reviews that they aren't able to get a full time client but I wish they would respond to their negative comments .What happens is sometimes they have full time nurses and may need a nurse to fill in so that's why they don't have full time avaliable. Also they match your personality and nursing skills with the patients so another newer nurse may very well get a regular patient before you. Also If you refuse a lot of cases or don't show up to work they will deem you unreliable and only call you when they are desperate. Also I complained about a couple places being nasty or family being rude to me and they did not send me their again and they did not discriminate against me. They simply just placed me somewhere else. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because I had no benefits back then. I did get 1 raise but the state of Louisiana is unlike any other state because they do not reimburse these home health agencies much money so they have to keep the pay around 17 to 19 dollars for LPNS. This was about 5 years ago so maybe the benefits changed. You can work anywhere from 4 to 16 hours depending on YOUR preferences and availability.
