I asked so many questions that I thought for sure they'd get frustrated with me, but neither of them did. Their attention to detail was astonishing. Karen often sent pictures as the project unfolded and she would also video chat with me, from the inside of the containers, when she had specific questions. Cary followed through with logistics to perfection. Getting to know them as people was also a treat. They have an endearing family. Could Be Better I…read morerented a truck from Denver for my mom and brother in Texas, and the whole process was more complicated than it needed to be. For instance, after trying to book online, I had to make multiple phone calls, was told different things by different people, and never got a clear, consistent answer. When they picked up the vehicle, it hadn't been inspected or cleaned, even though someone was there who seemed responsible. My mother is very small, but interestingly she said the cab itself was very cramped. I had to ask for an extra day and that part was easy to do. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but room for improvement.
