That accusation was completely false. I was not interacting with anyone's children in any way. A random woman complained, and instead of staff verifying what actually happened, they chose to repeat a serious and damaging accusation to my face. Labeling an adult as someone "chasing kids" is not a minor issue--it's dangerous, defamatory, and irresponsible. There was no attempt to observe, ask neutral questions, or handle the situation professionally. I was treated as guilty based solely on someone else's assumption. I will not be returning or spending money at a place that handles situations this poorly and puts customers at risk of false accusations.

I opted to wait in the car, ran in once for change after the meter parking technician gave me a look because we were expired, then ran in again to see how much longer it was going to be and walked back impatiently to the car. They have been around since 1988. Although it wasn't his cup of tea for a skate board shop,they had what he needed. J said that the guys were really nice and they probably were had I not been so impatient that night, I probably would have talked them up too. They asked J if I was mad because it was taking so long and I looked huffy, but I'm sure they get a lot of wives in there who get impatient waiting. J's reply, "nah she just looks mean". Giving it a 4 based on the end result of the long board, the guys were really great per J and the fact that they did it so close to closing time. I may have to return to experience more of it through my own eyes. What I did see warrants a 4.

I brought my son here to be fitted for new skates. It was really a nice experience and we liked that you can try them before you buy them. The staff is super helpful and really knowledgeable about any product. If you are a goalie, forward, defenseman, coach or referee, you will find what you need here. Plan on spending at least an hour here if you bring kids - it's a big store with a lot to see and do. I can't wait to come here again.

Not only was the ice closed, we weren't even allowed to try the pads on! Sales person said they didn't want to clean everything just because we were trying things on. We came here on a suggestion for skateboard/longboard. We've been to one other store and it was meh. Trevor was our stellar longboard master help this evening. He was SO knowledgeable and patient with us. We easily sucked up almost 2 hours of his time. He went above and beyond in my opinion for customer service. We walked out with a beautiful put together long board that my daughter felt great about as a beginner- wheel color & type, bearings, & truck color of her choice- all switched out by this cool dude- Free of charge for him to give her exactly what she wanted to boot! Plus all the tools and padding needed for her to get started with. The rest of this store...now I'll admit that I have t been in too many store like this but it seems to me they have a lot of great things to offer for multiple type of "sports". Frisbee golf, water sport, winter sports... They even carry some hats, fun gloves, backpacks, sunglasses, and even summer flip flops! We will definitely be back when Emma is ready to do some upgrading or need the bearings changed on her board. These guys rock!!!
