I also had an issue with my front camera not working after getting the vehicle back, and I had to take the vehicle to the local Chevy dealership and have a body control module replaced, which should have been caught at the body shop. Also, my rear windshield wiper fluid is not working. I contacted Cumberland Mountain Collision on September 17th, 2026, by email and have yet to receive a reply to remedy anything mentioned above, which is why I am giving this rating.

Who knew the BEST car wash in Tullahoma was THE WASH SPOT across from Lowes? I've done the cards and the clubs, and now realize how much money I've wasted at one of the larger car washes in town. THE WASH SPOT started by hand washing the smashed bugs off my front bumper before I even started the actual car wash. No more do I have to go through the line twice to get my car clean. I paid just $10 for their "TOP WASH," which included a "lava bath," RainX and ceramic wax. The finish on my vehicle looks better than the day I left the dealership. No lie! I'm not a person to leave YELP reviews, but this place is a hidden gem.

If you're looking for an honest place, a Christian based business, then look no further as you've found it. They stand behind their work and their people, and their ethics are what one rarely finds these days. Yes, I'm their cheerleader as they have helped me in so many ways with my elderly neighbor's car that I can't even count. I was driving…read morecross-country during a big move when, early one morning on the final leg of my journey, I accidentally bought bad gas that left my car completely inoperable. Stranded and unsure where I was, I called the closest shop and got connected to Eli. I was nervous, knowing this could be a major repair, but Eli immediately put me at ease with his friendly, professional demeanor. Eli quickly referred me to a tow truck driver, and as soon as my car made it to his shop, he and his team got to work. Since the repair would take a few days, I needed a place to stay with my dog. Being in a small town without rideshare or taxi options, Eli went above and beyond by giving me a ride to my hotel--talk about service! Knowing that I was in the middle of a cross-country move, Eli and his team hustled to get my car fixed within 48 hours. The team worked hard to get me back on the road safely, and to top it all off, Eli even came back to pick me up from my hotel once the repair was done. It wasn't just Eli who went the extra mile; two other mechanics also worked on my car. Everyone I met was kind, and Eli kept me updated every step of the way. I am so grateful for the amazing work and the above-and-beyond customer service at Milly's. They truly saved my journey, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
