The good: our mother was cared for lovingly and awesomely by the staff in the memory care. Those women are truly angels on this earth. The receptionists are wonderful women too. So kind & funny!
The Bad:
They will only keep your loved one until they become more trouble than they are worth to them and you will be given a two week notice to get your loved one moved out or pay for 24 hour care on top of your rent to keep them there in my humble opinion, that's very unfair to families, thinking they have put their loved ones somewhere where they will be cared for to the end of their life, especially having asked that upon checking them in.
Maybe that's our fault for not having done our homework well enough
However, we are out of there now and looking forward to our wonderful new home care for our precious mother
In conclusion, I would just say be careful of corporate owned facilities like this one or if you do go with them make sure you get all the rules and regulations in black and white before you sign on for your loved one read more
