I discovered this gem when researching organic farms on St. Croix. ARTfarm has delicious produce…read moreand a lot of variety. Today I picked up some fresh chicken eggs, basil, watermelon, figs, radish, dandelion, lettuce, & melon. When I arrived at 10:20 there was already a line formed. Highly recommend!

From the owner: We are a small family farm, and we specialize in organically grown high quality salad greens,…read moretomatoes, fresh herbs and flowers, cooking greens, onions and sweet potatoes, sweet corn, pineapple, local fruits and more. We grow with the seasons and without pesticides, so not everything is available all the time. The farmstand hours are seasonal. It's advisable to arrive a few minutes before we open for the best selection. Generally speaking we are open Saturday mornings from 10am to 12 noon, and add other days of the week when our produce is most abundant. (Our 'high' growing season is December through May, and our slowest time of year is in August - November.) Check our Facebook Page or website for current hours, or call us. Visitors are welcome during farmstand hours, and farm tours are available by appointment. We're located on the South Shore Road (Route 62) between Ha'Penny and the Boy Scout Camp (due south of Gallows Bay as the crow flies). How do describe this place, lets see, if you've been to Waikiki strip in Hawaii lets just say this…read morewould be Puerto Rico's equivalent, the flea markets I am told are on the first Sunday of every month, the venue is not that large but you can't miss it driving down, the white canopies are a dead giveaway, it is located in the middle of everything, you have the hotels on both sides, large water fixture on the left hand side with timed sprays and waterfall walkway that you can't walk on haha guard whistles you down also a fairly large decorative water fixture again you can't climb or dip your feet in or you will be whistled otherwise The right hand side you have some chain spots two ice cream places I know Ben and Jerry's was one followed by small restaurants. Dead center is the flea market and behind the flea market is the opening to the beach The flea market has an inviting front vendor called indice or indicepr serving up whole hog lechon, finally got my fix of lechon where they offer the skin, I will review this vendor later in detail, inside the canopy's there are small vendors, churrasco types, guacho types, honey, pastries, hand rollled cigar makers onsite, jewelry makers and several other vendors under this fairly large tent Very interesting spot to hit up when your in the area, again first Sunday of the month not every Sunday Try this place out you may find something you need or want Price - depends on what your buying food was moderately priced Service ***** Ambiance *****

This outdoor market is amazing. From the moment I saw the roasting pig at the interest I knew this…read morewas the place I needed to be. There were samples everywhere. Artwork, hand rolled cigars, local food and drink, mojitos, sangria, plants, produce, pretty much everything you can imagine was here. Local businesses came out to sell their merchandise. When the residents come out and stand in line you know it's good. Everyone was very patient while we stumbled through our spanish and we helped them with english. I got a lot of gifts while I was at the market and the drinks were awesome. It was great!!!
