The park scores for it's vastness. It's massive. It basically contains all the aspects a park can.
There are ovals, tennis courts, playgrounds, toilets, taps, bins, dirt, trees, grass, etc., etc. Like a night club, you and your friends could potentially simultaneously visit the park without even seeing each other! Maybe. And if you do, it's because you're enjoying yourself so darn much.
Because of everything available to you, this park feels a little like the Woolworths of parks. It doesn't really have character (and of all the things a location must have, of course it MUST have character). But that doesn't mean anything, and it doesn't matter. It might be hard to cast this park as a favourite, but there's a lot there, and if you don't like it, you'll be hard pressed to find anything in any park to like. read more
