Lucas, the owner, ensured his team was fully prepared and ready to care for her every step of the way. They were incredibly gentle, kind, and attentive with her -- especially important since she is 78 and at high risk for falls. The team was prompt, responsive, and made the entire process feel safe and smooth. The biggest compliment of all is that my mother-in-law liked them. With her memory challenges and sometimes difficult behavior, that truly says everything about the compassion and professionalism of this team. I would absolutely recommend their services.

I sent him the information as requested, and got a canned response that they would get back to me shortly. I never heard back, but I figured that we had everything in hand. Pick-up time arrived and no transportation was in sight. We had to make emergency arrangements which caused anxiety to our client and to the caregiver who was caring for him. Dialysis is a life-saving treatment that must be done on schedule, and Issac really let us down by not showing up for this commitment.

I called a few transport services, Aapax responded. I found the cost to be acceptable for round trip service. The scheduling was fast, there is a "no refund" policy for same day appointments. Aapax showed up with a vehicle for both my mom and I, the vehicle was clean and the driver very professional wearing a fresh mask. The driver helped my mom into the vehicle making sure she is safe and comfortable. Our trip was quick and safe, the driver was able to drop my mom and I off at the front door, they gave me their card. When my mom's appointment was finished, I gave the driver a call, they were there in no time. The next time I used Aapax the setup was just a simple for my mom. This time I had an idea on how long it would be so I could schedule a pick up time. It turns out I was off, or the doctors office was off whatever the case may be. The driver, the same driver we had before, was able to accommodate the delay. Again, this driving service is fantastic! I cannot recommend them enough. If you are in need of non emergency medical transportation, I highly recommend Aapax. Thank you for reading my review, may your day be wonderful!

After her appointment and blood work yesterday, he felt she has appendicitis and needed to be seen ASAP. I live in the Bay area and had no way to get her to Roseville emergency over 2 hours from me. I did not want to use Lyft or a taxi as they would not help her in and out of the car and not be the caring ride I would hope for. Besides she does not have an iPhone to use the app. In Sacramento, I have a nephew but he was working and lives in Elk Grove. He does not drive, legally blind. My niece is a single mother to 3 little girls and a college student, as well as care giver to her mom. She was not able to help either. I was about to give up and drive the 2 hours so that I could take her to ER. I had an idea to look for non emergency transport for medical, thinking that would be a good way to go. Found out really quick they are EXPENSIVE! Mom is on a fixed income and I am certainly not rich. I supplement her as it is currently. Money is tight. I read a few reviews and saw Hands of Grace and thought ...okay this is the person to call. Don't know why, but this was the one that I called. OMG, am I glad I did! Jason Daniel answered the phone. He was kind, caring, understanding, helpful. I asked, waiting for the big number, how much it would cost to get her to Roseville emergency, he asked how much we could afford, really? Are you serious? That is unheard of in todays world. What an incredible person, even willing to trust that I will send him a check to pay the fee. Amazing human. This is who you want to transport your loved ones. Someone with a heart, with compassion for his fellow human beings. Someone that actually cares. I will recommend him to anyone I know in the area. Please use his service when you are in need. Keep him in business, we need people like him. I cannot speak highly enough for this man. I don't think you will ever be sorry you called him to help you out or your loved one out. He will be the first person I call in the future for my mom to go to her medical appointments. Call him, he is the right person for your transportation needs. So kind. I broke down crying on the phone to him and he was so kind and understanding. I highly highly recommend this man and his service.

We had reserved well in advance, a date and time with a transport company (who shall remain nameless), to pick up my dad and deliver to my house. However, on the day he was supposed to be picked up, they never confirmed anything and I had to call them. To make a long story short, the owner seemed clueless about where they were going! And then come to find out, they don't deliver bedridden patients, only wheelchair service! The owner was a total flake! That's when my sister found Swift Valley Medical Transportation. They have glowing reviews on Yelp, and I was just happy that they could make time in their busy schedule to help us out! It was reassuring to see that they have 24 hour service! Even though they had to endure Sacramento's typical rush hour traffic, my dad was delivered to me safe and sound! And they were just the nicest of guys as they gently and professionally placed my dad into the hospital bed. When I thanked Omar and Steve for being available on such short notice and told them about the run around we got from the other transport company, one of them said we have a "no flake policy!" LOL! I would highly recommend Swift Valley Transport for anyone facing my situation. They make a sincere effort to be there for you!
