CLE's best kept secret!…read more The Prolific Oxygen Dome (aka POD) is one of the projects of Rid-All Green Partnership. It's unlike anything you'll see in CLE. It's very dystopian looking and futuristic in some way.You can find this POD on the premises of Rid-All Partnership. It operates as a standalone venture. POD combines many cool concepts into one - education hub about plants and herbs, community/creatives space, and wellness hub. You can drop in at the POD for an event or become a member. You can also host your own event here like a retreat or fitness class. I dropped in for heated yoga awhile back and had a very positive experience. I also heard about writing workshops held in this space. Membership is listed on their website between $25-50 per month, two tiers are available. I believe that programming (like wellness) is included in your membership. Best ways to discover happenings at the POD is on their website and Instagram @thepod.project. That's how I discovered a yoga class (signed up on drop-in basis). I hate to spoil the surprise but walking into the POD for the first time is a whole experience. The first thing that stands out is flowing water and the first thing you'll see is a big pool with fish. Yes, you can actually look in and see the fish. It's very therapeutic. There's artificial green grass under your feet and plenty of plants along the perimeter of the POD. There are also some fun community art pieces scattered in this space. This space immediately feels peaceful. There's so many unexpected things inside that it transports you. I did not get to interact with any staff that work in the POD directly but interacted with Rid-All Green Partnership's employees. They're all very friendly. The yoga instructor (not affiliated with POD). It was also so welcoming and so warm. It just feels like a lovely space to build community. The area where this POD is located is around Kinsman. It's not the best area of the city. Be aware of your surroundings and commute. When you arrive, you feel completely safe and at peace. I recommend parking in Rid-All Partnership's lot as opposed to street parking. I plan to visit the POD more! I love all that it stands for and especially looking forward to the wellness offerings. We need more spaces just like these in our community!

I recommend that no one use DannLaw law firm - headquarters in Cleveland Ohio. They were…read morerepresenting me in a suit against AHS that was supposed to go to arbitration. This had been going on for over 2 years. I sent in all documents more than once. Lost, misplaced, etc. Different attorneys, supposedly helping have left their firm. Last email from Marc Dann said they are no longer representing me in my claim against AAA. I never filed a claim against AAA.

Once again a problem with a BBB ... this time an Arkansas BBB employee falsely claiming "BBB cannot…read morerequest a business to address, retrain, reprimand or fire an employee." My complaint never brought this up. I addressed a system nonconformance that is not limited to the Strongsville store as this had also occurred at the Parma store. This complaint sought to resolve an obvious system breakdown within the Wal-Mart system here in the Cleveland area .... Parma and Strongsville. BBB complaint systems specified says that the BBB handles ... or is supposedly supposed to handle ... "BBB handles disputes related to marketplace issues experienced with the services or products a business provides." "BBB handles complaints regarding any business, whether or not the business is a BBB Accredited Business. BBB also accepts complaints against charities and non-profit organizations. "And yet a Cleveland BBB employee saw fit to refuse a complaint against Playhouse Square for failing to provide adequate security (the security guy was sleeping by the box seat doors). He claimed that the BBB does not handle complaints against charities and produced what looked like an approved document. I escalated this and the complaint was finally sent. Submitted a negative review against a local law firm for failing to answer questions and finally dropping the case we had hired them to handle. Cleveland BBB pulled the review ... my wife and I submitted another review which the law firm responded with inflammatory and slanderous comments. BBB Cleveland again pulled the review. I have copies of the reviews they pulled. Law firm had 4 positive reviews posted within the hour. I questioned the Cleveland BBB president over those coincidental positive reviews and she said they had no way of verifying the sources of reviews. This was never resolved. Akron BBB employee refused to process a complaint against a healthcare insurance company because she said it was a duplicate. Here's a clue ... if a company fails to address root cause and an effective corrective action another complaint is warranted. No where in the BBB system is there a requirement ... repeat complaint! Tennessee BBB refused to process complaint against law firm that was fraudulently phishing for retainers. That was never resolved. There appears to be an ongoing issue with BBB employees not following procedures and/or making up new BBB requirements that do not follow the formal BBB policies.... Nonconformances such as these continue to affect the credibility of the BBB in my opinion. I have audited quality management systems for most of my long career as well conducted and managed accredited ISO 9001 and sector specific certification audits nationally and internationally. I know how to read complaint requirements. Its not rocket science. Have forwarded my concerns to ABC's 20/20 today. ABC's 20/20 did the initial investigation in 2010 over BBB's pay for ratings scam. BBB is out of control with employees making up their rules and violating BBB policies. My rule of thumb ... if it takes too long to explain or the explanation gets complicated or changes from employee to employee there is something dramatically wrong. BBB Cleveland is now blocking my emails.
