Our wooden backyard fence was in rough shape. The wood was still sound, but years of Florida's…read moreintense sun and rain had left large mildew stains and other discoloration behind. The fence looked like it was on the verge of rotting away entirely (see pictures #1 and #2). We had Horacio from 360 Painting take a look, and he gave us a thorough estimate to get the fence cleaned up and painted. They first pressure-washed everything back to a like-new state (see pictures #3 and #4), then came back and applied primer and paint to finish the job. Everything looks great now (see pictures #5 and #6), and we couldn't be happier with the results. We would definitely hire the company again for future painting jobs.

He communicated through email and FB messenger. I did not have to have any contact with him as he sent me the proposal electronically and he showed up at the time he said. Day 1 he pressure washed my driveway and pool deck with professional equipment. Day 2 he taped off areas not to be painted and then completed the painting/sealing job. I left a check for him outside and he put my receipt in my mailbox when the job was completed. My mother had a roof leak and needed a new roof. We had used Earl Johnston years ago for minor…read morerepairs when we moved into our house. We got a couple of estimates and Earl Johnston was in the middle. I liked the warranty that the manufacturer offered and having used them in the past made it an easy decision. They have a pamphlet you can look at to select the color of shingles that you would like, in addition to giving you some addresses where they've installed the color so that you can see the color on a house to get a better idea of what it would look like. There was a long delay before the new roof was installed, through no fault of Earl Johnston. The delay was with the city approving the permit. Once the permit was approved, everything went quickly and the new roof was installed within the week. They had a demo crew & installation crew who were good about keeping you informed of what they were going to do. They took TONS of pictures during demo showing you how the tar paper was placed and rotten wood that was being replaced. They covered the lawn with some type of covering so that pretty much all of the debris fell on that rather than all over my mother's yard. They even cleaned up after themselves after the job was done! I'm glad that I don't have to worry about my mother having another roof leak and am very happy with the work that was done.

Happy and satisfied with our new gutters and leaf guards! My husband worked with Kiro for a quote…read moreon custom square gutters but ultimately decided on the the typical K type gutters due to price. Through the entire process, Kiro was responsive via text and followed up with a revised quote and ETA for installation. Louie and another guy (can't remember his name unfortunately) arrived on the day of installation and were very professional. Louie walked me through where the downspouts were going to be installed per the predrawn diagram on the quote. He even let me watch the first piece of the gutter being extruded from the truck (damaged part was cut off first.) We were so happy to see water pouring out of the downspouts during the first rain after the gutters were installed. No more sheets of water running off the roof! + Communicative, friendly and professional + Reasonable price + On time and completed work in a timely manner + Gutters and leaf guards work well Note: The guys didn't wear masks but I guess I didn't really expect them to since they were working outside and on the roof. When they were talking to me and approaching me, they did leave a respectable distance. They also accidentally drilled though our internet line but we didn't really fault them for it as they tried really hard to move it out of the way/work around it - other companies required us to remove it prior to install. Ended up having to call our internet service provider to come out and fix it, but not a huge deal. Other than that, we still highly recommend these guys. Deposit necessary to be put on the schedule. We paid the deposit and final payment via checks mailed USPS.

I called a few highly rated pressure cleaning companies in my area. Top notch and highly recommended. The owner, Andres, personally supervised the work and was part of a crew of three to clean my roof and exterior walls. They also washed my walkways and driveway for free. He was more concerned with my happiness (and future business) than he was in trying to squeeze out every penny. He walked my property with me before work started to explain the process and ask me questions about what I wanted cleaned. My roof has never been so clean and my walls are perfectly prepped for painting. They also came behind and rinsed all my patio and belongings of dirt (lots of it) that came off the roof. Great job Andres, thank you. I will repeat and recommend.
