If I remember correctly the tow truck driver's name was Troy and he was the absolute nicest, honest and most resourceful person who came into my life at the right time. After my tow, Troy new of someone in the area who could replace my alternator. Fortunately, I was able to buy a new alternator from a parts store arriving 3 minutes before they closed.
