I called FIVE locksmith/towing etc. companies, of those, only two answered and one was over a two hour wait. Krista with Hart's not only actually answered the phone nearly immediately, but she was also wonderfully pleasant and helpful, I was given a very reasonable quote for service pricing and a time estimate from her in probably under a minute. The estimate for wait time was 30 minutes until arrival at my vehicle. Elwood with Hart's arrived in 29 minutes and had my vehicle unlocked easily in record time. I paid and bam, back on the road to get home. I was SUPER STRESSED because my dogs were boarded and I was due to pick them up that evening. Because of Hart's ability to answer the telephone right away and swift service, I was able to pick up my dogs just as the kennel was due to close for the evening. THANK YOU so much, Krista and Elwood. You saved me a ton of anxiety and another night's boarding fee for two dogs.

The second company (Nate's Roadside Service) went to voicemail. The third company (AMG Towing and Recovery) answered my call. My North Star Sportstar III broke its axle after 1,400 miles holding 2,100 of its 3,000 load limit 120 miles from home.
