MK showed up when promised and was here under 3 hours. The install looks great! Very minimal intrusion or visibility as he has to run the wire from my basement to the garage. The area was cleaned up like new and the drywall looked great, which is something the other estimates I got did not include. He came out for the free estimate but then was super flaky about scheduling a time for our project. After a week or so he contacted us the night before to say he could come at 8am the next day. When we weren't able to make that happen we set up an appointment for 8am the following day. He texted the next day to say an emergency came up and we would have to reschedule. He then texted the morning of the cancelled appointment day to say he could come that afternoon. When that was not convenient for us he said it didn't seem like we were going to "gel" on this project and he would pass on it. Not sure why it was so difficult for him to schedule a firm time for our project. We were pretty flexible for weekdays and very flexible on time, just needed more than a few hours heads up.
