Our young son had been asking for his own knife for quiet a while. I wish I had the same experience as the rest of these reviews. I called to get a rough estimate on the cost to get some items engraved. I was met with sighs and him telling me how much of a "pain" it would be followed by more sighs. Then telling me he guesses he could do the engraving for me. I understand some items are more difficult than others. I was willing to pay for the services and would understand a higher cost for certain items. He made me feel uncomfortable and like an inconvenience. He could have simply said he was unable to perform the service or said it would cost more. I ended up taking my business elsewhere. read more
