The check in process is simple and they have you sign any necessary forms as you arrive. Any payment is taken care of at the end. Reception staff are always kind and attentive. Most forms that I need to sign are prefilled with my daughters name and the date. In the waiting room, there is a play area for kids with books, legos, a play kitchen, and hand sanitizer is available too. They have one tv in the front that plays a movie, and that movie continues in the back when they take the kids back. We have never waited long and are usually called back pretty quickly. The dental hygienists and RDAs are all very friendly. They all have kind personalities and it definitely feels like they were called to work with kiddos. The first couple of visits, as our daughter was getting used to the idea of a dentist visit, they allowed her to sit in my lap and tilted her back to check out her teeth. (I also have caught on that as she ages, there is one thing they add to the appointments each time. They kind of just brushed her teeth and felt her teeth at age 2/2.5-they they did an x-ray at 3 but only of certain angles, then they added the scraping tool, and did x-rays of more angles. I think that helps kids adapt to the dentist and also doesn't throw everything at once.) 1.5 years and a few visits later, she lays on the table and watches the movie while they work. She enjoys using the sunglasses offered for the bright light! There is also a train table in the back, and in between the DH/RDA visit and the Dentists visit they let the kids go play if they want. We usually only get about 5-8 minutes with the dentist, but this is not unlike any other dentist office. We have seen Dr. Kunkel and Dr. Addie, and we thought both were great and offered good suggestions and encouragement. They have also been clear about treatment plans, if any, and answer all of our questions. Reason for loss of star: I will say, the only thing that may not be enjoyed by some families, is lack of privacy in the main treatment area. The treatment tables are side by side 4 on each side, in an open space. I think the most patients at one time that I have seen are 6. This configuration definitely helps kids understand the visit process, they can see other kids having their cleanings and maybe younger ones catch on that "it's not that bad". But then if a kid is upset, the rest that are present hear and see that too. Additionally, the lack of privacy has lead to our family hearing what is going on with another kiddos teeth and the treatment they have to go through, when really you would think due to HIPPA, that would/should be a more private conversation. For me, and our family, we don't mind...yet. I also know they do have private rooms too- but I'm unsure what those are used for/we have never been offered that as an option for cleanings. So maybe if privacy is a concern for you and your family, ask about options for private space? With that we would still recommend!

I asked dentist if teeth can reattached and she said no. I managed to convince dentist that both teeth did not need to be pulled. She pulled one and said leaving other one can cause infections. The tooth she left is now ok (this tooth tighten up and reattached itself). I am leaving bad review because instead of given other options for tooth she said only option is to pull. I don't think this was the best decision and I thought I went somewhere I can trust with my daughter dental. Dr. Khan lacks experience.

My kids love coming to the office because of the fun waiting room, the friendly assistants, the gentle doctors and of course because they get to pick a movie to watch while they get their teeth worked on. we have never had a bad experience here and so far every visit has been smooth. There have been a few times when I've had to ask for receipts to be emailed to me. That hasn't ever been a problem. The office assistants are very helpful to make sure I get what I need for insurance.

And after certain visits they give him toothbrush and toothpaste and a toy. And I love how they recognize the kids with no cavities and have them put their names on the wall. It makes him proud lol

He just turned one a few months ago and this was his first dental appointment. Per usual I got a text message reminding me to schedule an appointment for my daughter. I called the office and scheduled an appointment for her and asked if I can include my son. They took his info down and scheduled an appointment same day and time for both kids. When we arrived we were greeted at the front and I signed some forms and we sat down in the waiting area. No more than 10mins later they called us back. They took dental X-rays for my daughter and they both had 2 chairs side by side ready and cleaned. The RDA were all so nice and gentle with my kids and gave my toddler an option to choose what type of polish flavor. Once Dr.Davis got around to seeing us he was professional, kind, knowledgeable, he's great with the kids and he still sings lol He took the time to explain and gave all the rational behind his recommendations. They had balloons today! My kids made it to the No Cavities Wall. This where they can write their name on a paper they provide and stick it on the wall. They also give tokens so that the kids can get a prize at the end. When we got to the prizes my daughter usually gets a ball but today they didn't have any and she said it out loud and one of the staff members heard and came to us with 3 of them in his hand and offered it to her. Such a kind and generous gesture. We were in and out of our appointment all within 20mins!!! I truly enjoy taking my kids here. Staff is friendly, they do an amazing job with the kids. Dr.Davis is wonderful! Love that they work fast too, as a mother of two who takes my kids to their appointments alone it's always nice to be in and out because managing 2 kids alone can be a bit much. Are the dentists and hygienists amazing? Absolutely. Unfortunately, the billing department is horrendous, deceptive, dishonest, and all-around appalling. Like others have said, they lied and tricked me into authorizing services based on a small dollar amount they promised I would owe, which was vastly incorrect. Each conversation I had with staff following the incorrect billing amount resulted in inconsistent reasons, assuming I could get a response at all. I was a patient here for nearly 12 years and genuinely loved my dentist. When my insurance changed this year and they became out-of-network, I called billing on January 26th to confirm expenses for OON since paying a small fee might have been worth it to stay with my dentist. They took my insurance information and said they'd "run" it and call me back with a dollar amount. On January 29th, they called back and confirmed I would owe $0 for my exam and cleaning. I specifically reiterated this and they confirmed. At my February 11th appointment, when I found out I needed my 5-year x-rays, I told my hygienist I couldn't authorize them without knowing my cost given my OON status. She went to billing, returned with "$38" written on paper, and confirmed billing had verified it. I authorized solely based on that number. Then I received a bill for $254, which included fees for the cleaning, exam, and more than $38 for the x-rays. I immediately paid $38 online and left the remaining $216 unpaid. When I disputed it over the phone, Yesenia repeatedly said "services were rendered" and then claimed staff CANNOT give a dollar amount I'll owe and have NO way to do so. Yet they had. Twice. I explained this, and that I can't be held accountable for staff making mistakes, to which she explicitly repeated "services were rendered." I asked to speak with a manager who acknowledged the mistake, saying staff should never have given me a cost and that they can't, but that only my dentist could waive the balance. She promised a follow-up that never came. When I called back myself weeks later, a third staff member, Gabby, had no knowledge of my previous conversation and completely contradicted what the first two had told me. She stated that the staff had given me an "estimate" and it was my insurance's problem to resolve. (It isn't my insurance's problem. They covered 100% for my exam and cleaning and 80% for my x-rays. The problem is the billing department billed ABOVE that coverage limit and lied about what I would owe in order to get my money.) I told her that the manager a few weeks prior told me staff should NOT have given me a cost at all and that I was awaiting a bill adjustment decision. Gabby repeatedly responded with, "we gave you an estimate" and had no interest in listening or following up with the manager. As I was currently in the middle of a big life change, I couldn't afford to be sent to collections, and I paid the deceptive $216 I shouldn't have owed. I let Gabby know I'd be filing complaints. There is a very common thread in the 1-star reviews here and I beg people to listen. The billing department is filled with deception and a lack of empathy. Had they been honest from the start and told me that they couldn't give me a dollar amount, I'd have understood and canceled my appointment, as I can't afford extra medical expenses of that magnitude. I should never have trusted these people. PLEASE FILE YOUR COMPLAINTS WITH THE DENTAL BOARD.

My son screamed during the X-ray and let me tell ya, the staff worked FAST! Got clear shots of his teeth, distracted him with puppets and done! I am fully impressed. Then when it was time to see Doc Pacheco she also worked just as fast to make my son not feel traumatized. No one wanted him to cry and it was boom, explaining what she sees, showed me what she sees then done. Amazing first time experience and I highly recommend her office.
