The business practices of this company remain very sketchy in my mind. I filed a complaint with…read morethem pertaining to one of their agents disclosing personal and confidential financial information. I also had reason to believe that she was responsible for an unauthourize home inspection in my house. The company did nothing and the agent remained in their empoly. I then filed a complaint with the Privacy Commission of Ontario and gave them the witnessed information they desired. I recieved notifiction that they were unable to investigate this because the agent had voluntarily given up her license after they recieved my information. In this world of shredding all our personal information this is a very serious breach and I have not heard anything from this company. There are many other choices out there. I would not advise anyone to deal with this company on the basis of this serious and unfortunately not noticed incident.

She always gave excellent advice whenever I needed to consult her or when I needed any information. She even helped me coordinate and oversee repairs, and gave honest recommendations on things that don't need to be repaired, which saved me ton of money. I'm really glad that I found Michelle. I have worked with incapable agents who were unknowledgeable, inexperience, and inattentive, who gave me lousy advice which cost me tens of thousands of dollars and a lot of time wasted.
