But she knew what to do and helped me get my home staged, so that it would present well on showings and got me more money than expected. She was really good at her job. She always gave excellent advice whenever I needed to consult her or when I needed any information. She even helped me coordinate and oversee repairs, and gave honest recommendations on things that don't need to be repaired, which saved me ton of money. I'm really glad that I found Michelle. I have worked with incapable agents who were unknowledgeable, inexperience, and inattentive, who gave me lousy advice which cost me tens of thousands of dollars and a lot of time wasted. They communicate with tenants aggressively and with extreme condescension and are overall unpleasant to interact with.
