The only thing that confuses me is if someone is supposed to help wipe the car down at the end. Sometimes they are there to but most times they aren't. I was shocked the first time. It could be because they are building another carwash down the road. I'm unsure but overall I would recommend it.

An associate came out and informed me that the tire brushes had wrapped around my valve stems and ripped them off. I filed the claim with their claims department, but I was told because they are an aftermarket part, and the company does not cover aftermarket parts, that I would not be compensated. Just an FYI for everyone , as every valve stem / valve stem cover is pretty much an aftermarket part if you've had your tires replaced once.

GE is a great company to work for, and Houston is definitely the capital for oil an gas in the United States. The people at this particular location are great, however the facilities are a bit outdated. There tends to be problems with the bathrooms from time to time, it's a bit crowded, and the temperature control is not the greatest. However they've been making some improvements recently and completely redid the cafeteria, which has a good variety of food with plenty of healthy options, and have been adding additional parking spaces. It tends to get trafficy around rush hour, but if you live in the downtown/midtown area like me you are going against traffic so it's not bad.
