The cashier was very impolite and very unprofessional and giving me a lot of attitude to me and she worked at the middle register. I guess this person does not know how to interact with customers. I am here many times. Regardless if it's my fault or not you do not lash out at a customer you help the customer out. She had very little respect for me I don't know about her attitude was all about. I was trying to be kind with her through all this but she kept getting me more and more upset. She gave me the worst attitude and I did nothing wrong to her I always come to this location and always get great customer service. You should always great to customer and number two you should be professional It is the basics for good customer service and end with some kind of ending for the customer. At this location they have very good management and staff that go above and beyond. We need to be strong and customer service through hard times we are going through right now more than ever. We need to be more compassionate to each other as human beings. This will bring back humanity. Never stop caring for another person.

I reached out to corporate over the situation and they ignored both my wife and I after an initial canned response. It breaks my heart to sever my once loyal ties with Thorntons over this station's poor customer policies and treatment. This was not my primary Thorntons, but the complete lack of customer appreciation by this station and the corporation led me to this.

Heading back to Cleveland from Racine the Costco in Pleasant Prairie seemed to be the best option. Located near to the Wisconsin and Illinois border it was a great place to fill the gas tank in the cheaper Wisconsin prices. I was especially happy to see that the gas prices here were significantly lower then any other Costco or other gas station on this trip. Of course Costco stores are similar, although it was fun to see what specific items differ. Here I was happy to see that they could sell alcohol and that the prices were very reasonable. They also were selling and sampling Kringle which is a wonderful pastry circle. Located not too far from the highway this Costco ended up being a great stop on this road trip.

But the bright side is that they have everything in stock and their check out lines were quick and efficient. Pitiful! Only two of the bays were actually working, so I waited a little and took the middle bay. For a $10 wash I got hardly any soap, and never got a good rinse or "spot free" rinse. It looks like the owner doesn't keep this car wash as operational as it should be. He splashed and dashed with my cash! The vacuums are always full, and trash is strewn all over the lot! Terrible management of this car wash. Kwik Trip has a better wash compared to this one. This place should be condemned. I don't think it will be an operation much longer. The owner is definitely losing business. I will not frequent wash again, unless it gets completely operational again.
