As soon as you enter on the one wall were shoes, and the other had various medical supplies. You continued forward to sign in. At least 95% of the business is in Chinese and so is the clientele to match. They were pretty busy on this particular afternoon, but someone did come out quickly to assist us. The store did not have what we were looking for but recommended going to Walmart of all places to find the best brace my friend needed. The staff was nice and helpful. This store overall is kind of in disarray and discombobulated but I'm certain that the staff working there knows their customers and where things are and meets their needs. We took a shot coming here instead of one of the chain drugstores and struck out. Glad we got the exercise. Walmart did not have what was needed either but Amazon did!

I attempted to utilize the auto garage last week but was refused service without an explanation! A…read moreweek before that, I came out of my house to a totally flat tire!! I was lucky enough that my dad was able to help me Jack up my car, take the flat one off, and take it to purchase a new tire and have it mounted (since I couldn't drive there, obviously). I purchased a second tire at the same time for the other side of my car and came here to have it mounted and balanced and placed on my car. (since I didn't have my car with me when I purchased it) The woman working in the garage told me "no!" before I even told her what I needed done. I walked in and asked if she worked there and she said she did. I then asked "Are you able to..." and was interrupted with a "NO!" I asked again "I just need a tire.." "NO!" I was shocked!!! I finally just said "can you mount a tire" while she was basically walking away from me, and she again told me No. She then said they don't mount or balance tires there which was clearly a lie since a car was on the lift getting new tires at that exact moment AND they sell and install new tires there. I don't understand what the reasoning was, but I will NEVER give them business again, nor will the rest of my large family!

We originally found Dave when he was located in the Northeast because he was one of the few RV inspection locations within a reasonable distance. When we heard they were moving, we were worried we'd lose our go-to place--but thankfully they relocated to Churchville to a larger location with easier parking and the same exceptional service and great people. Finding a place that combines honesty, skill, customer service, and reasonable pricing isn't easy, but this team does it. Highly recommend giving them a try--you won't be disappointed!

Cons: when this Location was known as "Tom's" it was like "Cargutory" the car would check in,, it was like pulling teeth to get it back, I'm starting to feel the same way, prices, Extremely Disappointed with how high estimates were to fix some oil leaks, I understand the limited space of a front wheel drive platform but,, geeez! $$$$$ after a thorough inspection where they found numerous issues (some things had to be denied due to the season A/C issue) and, approving almost 3 grand in repairs (oh, I need to mention that "any work over $1000 required a 50% deposit)--- who does work like this?? The value of the car as a Mechanic's Lein should be enough security! Then, to top everything off, after the work was almost done, they find another leak on something that I had previously paid torepair, I Don't like paying for real estate twice! That added another $500 to the already high bill. I feel the Mechanics are thorough, IT remains to be seen how good they really are, I totally understand cheap work isn't good and good work isn't cheap. But this better be great work! So, if you're going to use this shop, be aware, it's definitely on the high side for repairs, for me, I'm probably one and done. As a retiree, there's limited resources available and this shop can certainly eat at some of those assets.
