I have had tons of issues since my long time mail lady left my route about a year ago and I started getting these short term people that are constantly rotating routes. Even off of holiday season we were getting our mail at 8-9 PM and that is beyond ridiculous! Not just because of the time, but to be working them so late when I know they are getting to work at or before 6 am six days a week to have to sort their own mail before they go out to deliver it. I have personally dealt with this "post master Ms Icy" (however she spells it) an couple times and she is nothing but a problem who thinks we all owe her something as if she is freaking entitled! She has to be a DEI hire because she surely wasn't hired above anyone else based of the skill she brings to the table! DEI or a job hookup is the ONLY way she is where she's at! Nathan has been absolutely amazing with all of my issues and DESERVES to be POST MASTER of SNEADS FERRY!!! All social media sites in SF are constantly complaining about how horrible the post office is being run right now and it needs a serious change! I will not stop until she quits or is fired! Sneads Ferry help me by jumping on board with 1 star reviews so we can fix our post office problem and get rid of this evil lady! Replace her with the person that will fix our issues and hire the employees that will deliver our mail on time and correctly! Support Nathan!!!! I can have a lot of grace and patience especially for newer staff members who may not have the muscle memory for the job just yet, but I came in this last week, waited in line a bit, and was greeted and served by a newer team member. I came with a few art pieces (none bigger than 9x12 in size) I needed packaged and shipped to 2 different addresses. We sat in there a good 45 min waiting, watching the whole time, she struggled to pack them correctly and something in me knew I should have triple checked if the packing slips ended up with the correct boxes but I decided to trust her. Side note: One of those packages was going to a dear friend who just had a huge loss in her life and the piece I was commissioned to do was to commemorate them at the funeral. I gave myself enough time to ship it out so it arrived on time. I left after waiting a long while to finish up everything and got my tracking numbers. The first package arrived when it said it was going to (the one for the funeral) and she opened it and told me it was the wrong piece. I immediately called the store and Kim was very helpful in getting me new shipping labels to then send to each person and get them to resend each package. Very thankful for her help. I was informed that my inconvenience was noted and that a manager will reach out and follow up. It's been a few days and still haven't heard anything. I can have grace for the new trainee but this is when the importance of what's shipping comes into play, you never know as a customer service rep what's super important and what's not. This particular commission getting there late affects my business and makes me look bad for not getting it there on time. This person paid good money to receive this piece on time and was very disappointed. All of that being said, I will keep coming back, I won't let this deter me from support a local business but I share this experience more for the team. I know things happen and I'm really understanding, it just affected my business in a way that may make me reconsider if I should use their packing services and just package my pieces myself. I will still come back to scan and print and ship.

Instead of contacting me at the provided number/email, the packages were sent to my old address far away from my current home (have no idea where they got this old address) Contacted FedEx to pick up the packages, however they never came to pick them up. Luckily, the old neighbor was able to drop them off at a half way point. This location, which I thought was a FedEx site. When I arrived here, the guy states they charge over $10 for a "pick up fee" for these packages! This was not mentioned on the phone when I called to ask if they could hold the packages..... $10!! FedEx did not deliver them correctly and I'm penalized for trying to get my packages at an authorized FedEx dealer. Dude didn't even ask if he could help me get the over 50lb package into my car. Not cool.

However, I was there to pack and drop off some items for work. Ms. Shalonda was so kind to me; she saw me struggling with my first package and assisted me. I sent out 4 packages from there. She also made sure I took a pic of the packages to track them, as that specific post office can't provide receipts. Ms. Shalonda also helped my husband the day before, in setting up a PO Box for his business. This was one of the best experiences I had at the post office and I was SO grateful for Ms. Shalonda.
