I do a lot of shipping, no kidding, I'm at the post office at LEAST 4 times a week, so going to other places out in town was adding up, and we all want to ship for the best price possible. I mean shipping is super expensive, right? So the USPS does win when shipping domestically. And as long as it's under a certain size. I am able to go during the day when it's not super crowded, and I am always glad when I get Chucks window. He's friendly, pleasant to talk to, SUPER SPEEDY (FTW!) and always ask how my business is going, or how my son is doing if he's not with me. I appreciate his friendly banter and good attitude. Everyone else I've had the opportunity to deal with there is also pleasant. Unlike the other post office in town. This is the only post open on Saturday and it happens to be between 10 - 1PM. There is street parking and a private lot. Oh,and the Passport office is in the same building.

I have had tons of issues since my long time mail lady left my route about a year ago and I started getting these short term people that are constantly rotating routes. Even off of holiday season we were getting our mail at 8-9 PM and that is beyond ridiculous! Not just because of the time, but to be working them so late when I know they are getting to work at or before 6 am six days a week to have to sort their own mail before they go out to deliver it. I have personally dealt with this "post master Ms Icy" (however she spells it) an couple times and she is nothing but a problem who thinks we all owe her something as if she is freaking entitled! She has to be a DEI hire because she surely wasn't hired above anyone else based of the skill she brings to the table! DEI or a job hookup is the ONLY way she is where she's at! Nathan has been absolutely amazing with all of my issues and DESERVES to be POST MASTER of SNEADS FERRY!!! All social media sites in SF are constantly complaining about how horrible the post office is being run right now and it needs a serious change! I will not stop until she quits or is fired! Sneads Ferry help me by jumping on board with 1 star reviews so we can fix our post office problem and get rid of this evil lady! Replace her with the person that will fix our issues and hire the employees that will deliver our mail on time and correctly! Support Nathan!!!! I will say that I don't even personally know him, but he is always the person that answers the phone and fixes all of my problems and they have always been fixed immediately! I'm talking about even having packages brought to me that the driver screwed up on in less than an hour during the holidays. That's the service we need!

I am a local artist and have used them a few times for scanning my art/ printing and even shipping…read moremy pieces out to my customers. I have never had an issue until recently. I can have a lot of grace and patience especially for newer staff members who may not have the muscle memory for the job just yet, but I came in this last week, waited in line a bit, and was greeted and served by a newer team member. I came with a few art pieces (none bigger than 9x12 in size) I needed packaged and shipped to 2 different addresses. We sat in there a good 45 min waiting, watching the whole time, she struggled to pack them correctly and something in me knew I should have triple checked if the packing slips ended up with the correct boxes but I decided to trust her. Side note: One of those packages was going to a dear friend who just had a huge loss in her life and the piece I was commissioned to do was to commemorate them at the funeral. I gave myself enough time to ship it out so it arrived on time. I left after waiting a long while to finish up everything and got my tracking numbers. The first package arrived when it said it was going to (the one for the funeral) and she opened it and told me it was the wrong piece. I immediately called the store and Kim was very helpful in getting me new shipping labels to then send to each person and get them to resend each package. Very thankful for her help. I was informed that my inconvenience was noted and that a manager will reach out and follow up. It's been a few days and still haven't heard anything. I can have grace for the new trainee but this is when the importance of what's shipping comes into play, you never know as a customer service rep what's super important and what's not. This particular commission getting there late affects my business and makes me look bad for not getting it there on time. This person paid good money to receive this piece on time and was very disappointed. All of that being said, I will keep coming back, I won't let this deter me from support a local business but I share this experience more for the team. I know things happen and I'm really understanding, it just affected my business in a way that may make me reconsider if I should use their packing services and just package my pieces myself. I will still come back to scan and print and ship.

I mentioned the outside of the windows were full of cobwebs but that is no longer the case. It looks nice entering now. So maybe someone will see this and REPAVE the ENTIRE parking lot. They fill it and in no time the holes are back. Someone needs to come in and resurface it, pour some concert and then pave over it. The picture below is at the entrance. There is another hole in a parking spot. The exit side looks like some one patched it. Hope the federal office will see this and fix it.

When we contacted them about it, we were told that my wife never dropped the package off, despite the fact that we know it was brought to the location. What makes this even more frustrating is that the package contained personal belongings, and PostalAnnex has refused to refund or take responsibility for the items that were lost. Instead of trying to help resolve the situation, we were essentially told that the package was never there. Losing a customer's package is bad enough, but refusing to acknowledge that it was dropped off and refusing to take responsibility makes the situation even worse. I expected better customer service and accountability. I strongly recommend keeping documentation, receipts, tracking information, and any proof of drop-off if you use this location. Based on my experience, I will not be using PostalAnnex again.

Luckily, the old neighbor was able to drop them off at a half way point. This location, which I thought was a FedEx site. When I arrived here, the guy states they charge over $10 for a "pick up fee" for these packages! This was not mentioned on the phone when I called to ask if they could hold the packages..... $10!! FedEx did not deliver them correctly and I'm penalized for trying to get my packages at an authorized FedEx dealer. Dude didn't even ask if he could help me get the over 50lb package into my car.
