They also stated there had been problems in past which was lie. How I'am I a patient with DDS for all these yrs if I was such a problem! The bottom plate still was not fitting correctly and any time I would eat I have to remove both plates to rins food from plates and my mouth or endure the pain of food under my plates. I finally received my permanent plates and when they placed them in my mouth I didn't realize that the young lady had put fixident powder on my upper plate heavy to hold them in place I went out and had a great dinner that night for the first time in a year. The next morning when I placed my plates in my mouth the upper plate was falling out. I had to miss another day of work for them to get properly fitted. Unless you have a lot of time and money to waste do not have any work done here. I also had dropped my plate in the sink one morning cause a crack on my upper plate. I notif the office and went by for them to check and repair. Aft their repair I was eating and felt a small pop first then as I tried to finish chewing what was in my mouth the plate totally split into two pieces. When I went into office they charged me $250.00 and said my teeth were a week out of warrant. I would expect more for the amount I had to pay.
