Took our 1 year old female husky mix for "manners" training as she was a bit of a bully to our other dog and basically wanted to always be "in charge". We took her for the 2 week drop off dog training and when we picked her up, they fully explained how she did, what she learned and taught us (humans) our first few items we needed to keep working on (refreshing her memory) with her. There is a total of 3 follow up visits for humans/dog to ensure that all of us are staying on the program and getting as much out of the training as we can. The owners are super friendly and totally honest with us throughout her training (can call to check up on animal while being trained). I can't say enough good things about Craig and his methods. He is a certified master trainer and works one on one with your dog. No group setting with other dogs also going through training to distract your dog or you. I enrolled Ringo, my 1 year old Terrier mix, for the one week residence course that also includes three individual lessons for the owner. It was $500, half when dropping off and half when picking up, which is a deal for personalized lessons when compared with other obedience services. Ringo was a different dog when I picked him up. He doesn't pull on the leash anymore, doesn't jump up on people now, doesn't jump in my lap unless I let him, doesn't dart out of the door anymore, doesn't get on the couch or the bed unless I let him know it is ok. During this process I also learned a lot from Craig on why dogs do what they do. I am the alpha of my house now. The facility itself is clean and located on a beautiful, fenced piece of land. Craig has other trained dogs on site that he incorporates into socialization skills and training as appropriate. They also do individual lessons at $50 a lesson if you'd rather do that than a solid week.
