However, the staff must have changed because my brother had a very concerning experience. The issue was not the doctor but some of the staff. The man whp performed the stress stess test was rushed and seemed unorganized. He also had a very high reading of my brothers blood pressure. However, the next nurse didnt have a similarly high reading at all. My brothers pressure was fine. So there is a concern if he did the test right. One or two of the ladies assisting seemed very fidgity. As if they may have been under the influence of something. And on the day that my brother was going to have his test results read, he was called and told the office had lost his test results and that he needed to have the visit rescheduled. My brother is not happy with his experience at all. And again i highly recommended this office. I dont know if the office manager is hiring friends or family but some of the staff dont appear to be qualified at all for their position. Its too bad tge previous folks i encountered left. They were very professional.

After installing a pacemaker in Feb 2024 there were 0 checks of the device until my loved one had a cardiac event landing them under the care of another cardioteam in December 2025. Over 18 months with no concern for my loved one. Then, a cardiac event happened, a new team takes over and now all a sudden the Stern billing began monthly. The most infuriating part is they continued to bill even after confirming and communicating that we switched providers. The only communication for the "device check" was a bill. No future appointments in sight, and with a communication of another provider. Do better Stern and Dr Chui team!! Do better!!

The first time I made an…read moreappt I arrived on time having scheduled everything over the phone and been told I would need to be there all day. They told me I would have to come back because they had no record of my scheduling anything beyond a visit. I was furious because I cleared my day. They SNARKILY said they would listen to the call to see when the confusion came from. Great. I received a very contrite phone call shortly after explaining they listened to the call and found my paperwork in someone else file. I gave the second chance and things went OK. I scheduled my followup. Before the followup I had my Dr send over the results of my most recent EKG and blood work to streamline the process. I called their office and confirmed they received it. When I arrived they had no records. They also had the wrong insurance information on the form after I stood at the counter reviewing this information with them. You just know they were going to bill the wrong one and act surprised. Please save your heart and do not go here. It will cost you too much time and energy sorting out their job for them. Remember, you have a choice of physicians, don't tolerate poorly run offices or rude Drs.

I was really disappointed that she decided to quit practicing medicine and start teaching at the VA but I guess I cannot blame her with the federal government creating more regulations. After waiting almost an hour -- it was possibly one of the worst doctor appointments that I've had. I thought that perhaps she was just having an off day.
