Luckily a nice man (employee not owner) came and did his best to stop the water from continuing to come in. Even that hasn't prompted a call from the man in charge. Apparently he thinks or hopes that an elderly man on oxygen and chemo won't live long enough to worry about so just take the money and let it rot and mold which has in fact happened. So now not only do my parents need a new roof, they also have to have someone replace the insulation and ceiling! Like I said, beware! Do not trust them and most certainly don't let them anywhere near your elderly and/or ill family members! If I could give the company a lower rating, I would!

They installed an attic relief vent at top of roof. They were meticulous in cleaning up and picking up nails, and pieces of material from our front, back and side yard. I gave Idaho Roofing Contractors a call to ask if they did roofing inspections before making my final payment to the company that did our roof. They said they would be happy to come out and do an inspection for me. They were extremely communicative and Chris Newton showed up at 2:00 just as scheduled. He walked around the house with me. After a half an hour he said he was going to get out his drone out to see places we couldn't from the ground and snap photos.
