Found a nice employee to help and she couldn't find it either even after looking in the back too. She said it's usually up front right next to the checkout registers (as advertised in the email) ... but it's not there and all managers have gone for the (Saturday) night. Ended up having DH put his beer back and gave our rolling basket to another young man (who thanked us as he was struggling with holding his 4 six-packs) and off we went to our usual place Clayton Liquors for their crowler/growler fills in addition to the best service and best beer selection around. Wow ... they really got me to come into the store for a "non-existent" raffle?!? We used to come to Buy Rite often (even before they changed their name a few times - as it's the closest place to our house) ... but stopped a while back as one of their old cashiers is pretty rude. However, the lack of attention to our table made the entire experience frustrating, especially at a restaurant where I've had such consistently good service in the past. Unfortunately, the food was also not up to the quality I've come to expect from Cinder Bar. To make matters worse, after eating there, I became extremely sick with symptoms consistent with food poisoning. I normally wouldn't let one bad experience erase years of positive ones, but between the extremely slow service, disappointing food, and becoming sick afterward, this experience was bad enough that I no longer feel comfortable returning. It's genuinely disappointing because Cinder Bar has been one of my favorite restaurants since they opened, and I have recommended it to others many times.
