She's had to expand her practice with other business professionals. APRN Kristyn Lambert Is an amazing nurse practitioner. While I am not always able to get in with Dr. Richardson because of her busy schedule, Kristyn fits the bill. She is SO SWEET! SO CARING! AND COMPASSIONATE! She has all of the ingredients of a perfect medical professional. She takes the time to make sure that she listens to her patient concerns which is a rarity these days. The medical professional Industry is not what it used to be. I had my yearly exam today and was greeted by Gabrielle. I experienced an issue that had nothing to do with the clinic but had something to do with me personally. Gabrielle went above and beyond to fix the issue and made my life so much easier today. Excellent Customer Service skills she displayed and she showed me that my problem was important. The entire office staff got involved to resolve of my issue. I WAS SO GRATEFUL, not only for Gabrielle, but Audra who quickly stepped in to get me in and work fast and efficiently to help get me out of the clinic in record time. There were a few other ladies at the clinic that I did not get their names, but you can see they work together, care about each other and care about their patience's. A true DREAM TEAM! Dr. Allison Richardson has extended her practice to a new location which is located on R street, in the Heights., Little Rock. This is where the new staff is, but the original location which is on Chenal Pkwy has equally wonderful staff members as well. You can never go wrong if you go to either location.

I recently moved to Sherwood, AR. Needed to transfer my care quickly and gain needed referrals for specialist. I was able to get an appt at Primary Care 360 in less than a week! I was blessed enough to have been seen by Julia Chambers, CNP. She truly listened to me, addressed ALL of my needs, concerns and health issues both past and newly developed. She saw me as an individual, not a diagnosis and took time with me. She was caring, knowledgeable, proficient, insightful, encouraging and well, I truly can't say enough about her. She is now my chosen PCP and I wouldn't have it any other way. The staff at Primary Care 360 were kind, considerate and professional. The facility is always clean and clear from clutter. The aesthetic is nice and simple. I happen to like simple and think so many doctors offices these days spend too much time on their offices and less time with their patients. I'm so grateful Primary Care 360 was my first choice. A shout out to Rebecca, Emille, Tiffani and of course Julia! Thank you all, YOU TRULY MAKE A DIFFERENCE FOR US!

Every week seemed to go perfect until her 1st treatment here at this location. When I picked her up she was very upset and explained how horribly she was treated by one of the nurses (Brittany). I told her to speak with Dr. Roman at her next appointment with him and inform him of what happened. She did exactly that and her last appointment was wonderful and a nurse named Liz took phenomenal care of her. Nurses are so vital right now and those RN's who choose to be unprofessional and rude to their patients only do a disservice to the profession. The rest of the staff have been great as well and very helpful. I even stopped by their cafeteria while I waited and had breakfast which didn't disappoint. Thank you to Dr. Roman for taking such great care of your patients and seeing to it they have the best nurses to care for them. I don't know who this Brittany lady is but she clearly has no business being a nurse and at best belongs in a urgent care facility taking urine samples for drug screens.
